Nothing Everything The ACs werent working The owner was extremely snobbish when he knew about the problem and threatened us to call the police. So we left the place and went to another hotel which is Vintage hotel where people were pretty nicer than in this bad place

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Remzi, who took care of all our problems. The location was also excellent.

The hotel did not have our reservation in their system. We had to find another hotel with so much difficulty after a day's drive being tired. Very dissatisfied. The could not find us in their electronic system even though booking.com says confirmed.

Location is amazing, staff there (Ramzy) was amazing. Room was so small, but they upgraded us later so other room was great.

Alle Alacati was everything I hoped for. It has cute rooms, clean facilities, and an excellent location near the main streets. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive to every request from the moment of arrival till departure. Special thanks to Ramzi who was beyond helpful in answering every question, quick response to every request, and with nice gestures the whole stay. Highly recommend it, it was so pleasant.

A charming boutique hotel, situated in a prime location on a calm street near the city center, offers delightful breakfast and well-maintained rooms. The staff is exceptional, providing helpful assistance with anything you may need. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff, very helpful and kind! Great location, close to the city centre and famous Alaçatı Bazaar. Rooms are extremely clean and new, what you see in the photos is what you get. No false advertising, just a beautiful, clean hotel with great staff. Will definitely be staying here again. There’s nothing to dislike
