Palm Alaçatı Boutique Hotel

The location is perfectly distanced from Alacati market, and the people who run the place were very helpful, especially Muhammad who speaks English as well, The breakfast is truly amazing and fresh. The pool is good to relax and swim in, especially after a long walk in Alacati. the team helped parking my car for free in front of the hotel. The room was as expected. I understand that this is an old town place. however, the room was very dusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned before we checked in, we found an insect in the duvet inside the closet. the bathroom is super small and my 8-year-old could barely fit inside and take a shower. there was no room service during our 2-night stay so we struggled with the towel situation. Plus the AC started dripping on the second day.

The yard is nice, the swimming pool really had the vacation look. The attendant was nice and tried his best The town was not so vacationish, there were lots of construction going on, dusty and noisy. When we got our room, it was quite dark, even when all the shades were up. We saw room next to it was much brighter, and asked whether we could change a brighter room. The attendant said all the rooms were booked. But during our stay, we didn’t see any other guests…the room is small, especially the bathroom, also old and need maintenance. the water faucet had problems , it shifted out of the sink when we try to turn the water off, shower head is spraying to different directions, and the toilet cover was shaking. The room lacked basic stuff, no water pot, only one bottle of water when we book for 3 person and paid extra. It had only one thin blanket in February, only 10 degree. During our stay, we had to run downstairs many times to ask for things….also, the assistant doesn’t speak English which made it challenging. But he tried his best to help to make our stay more comfortable.

- the breakfast (variety and quality) - the pool area was nice with a beautiful garden - the personnel (special thanks to Nadir) does his best to help you - no English speaking personnel - no hot water in the upper floor room - made a mistake and for the last night there they changed the Double Balcony Room I paid for with a small single room near the entrance. Had to move on the spot and no money was refunded although the value of the rooms was different. - bathrooms were very small in both rooms - cleaning was done only once upon several requests on my 7 nights stay in the Double room

The location of the hotel was optimal. The old town with all the restaurant and music is perfectly accessible on foot, but you have enough peace and quiet to relax. The facilities were perfect, the pool as well as the hamam rounded off the stay perfectly.

Loved everything about this hotel From the start to finish it was pleasant . Staff were amazing Especially Eric He was kind . Professional, well knowledgeable . Big thank you to staff , especially Parisa the chef of the Resturant and her yummy food and to Eric for his outstanding service . Will definitely return to that hotel again . Interior , location . Cleanness , back yard , service .

We had a great stay at Cocopalm. The room was well furnished and clean with a cute little balcony and the breakfast was delicious. What is more, the staff (Adnan, Erik and Mehmet) made our stay unforgettable. From excellent dinner recommendations to much needed parking assistance in the narrow streets of Alacati - you can count on them! Thank you for making us feel at home for 10 days and we hope to be back (Inshallah :)

Great location, wonderful staff. The property is like an oasis away from the bustle of the main streets or alaçati.

The hotel is perfectly located and short walk to the old town. The owners of hotel were so helpful and friendly. The rooms are cosy and clean and with elegant design and atmosphere. It also has a great view. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect.
