When we arrived we couldn’t get keys for our room we were told internet was down it took 8 hours to receive keys to access our room staff had to escort us to room until keys were available .

The location / the staff / food everything i like everthing

It should be five stars hotel, no welcome drinks no fruit no chocolate in the rooms, it was basic and very expensive

they have outstanding standard. It is really very clean. The staff is helpful and supportive. The facility is great. it deserves ten star Nothing

The brand new, luxurious and comfortable auto of the hotel. The customer service especially from beach boy Muhammed was amazing. He was so attentive and made sure we were settled with what was needed for our seating. The fact that’s you must take a taxi to go down to the city.

Also I want to extend special thanks to Mr. Berat for his assistance to solve our mistake in our reservation. The heating system was turned on, even though the weather still warm, which made rooms very hot, so I was unable to sleep comfortably for two nights, unfortunately, hotel staff were unable to solve the problem.

Some of the staff did not seem to know what was going on

- great location, nice pool and beach. - clean and modern rooms and facilities - good pool party on Saturday - kids club and the staff there was very good - extensive breakfast (apart from annoyance of paying extra for coffee) - super expensive food and beverages in the hotel. Total rip off. 10eur for a cappuccino and 40eur for a small steak - they also allow you filter coffee only included in the breakfast. You have to pay extra for an americano. - rooms have bad sound insulation. We couldn’t sleep one night until 4pm due to noise from neighbours. You can even hear ppl talking upstairs due to the airco vents. Just bad design - got stuck in the lift when electricity was cut off. Got left there for about 10 minutes and wasn’t the best experience. Hotel like this should have proper back system in place when electricity goes down

The property is clean and well maintained. The air conditioning was not working as per the season. It was 23 degrees Celsius in the room during the night and it was impossible to sleep. We complained several times, they fixed it for two nights but then it was back to the same. The staff kept saying sorry and that’s all. Very disappointing for a high end hotel

It is just as amazing as the pictures look like. We travelled with our 3 year old son. There is an indoor kids club, outdoor playground, beach, indoor and outdoor pools and most importantly super friendly staff who all engaged with him in a loving way. We will be back 1000%! Was all above expectations - the perfect family vacation

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a breathtaking sea view, which made my stay even more special. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a large bathroom. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind. Breakfast was another highlight – the selection was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The beach was pristine. Since it’s still low season, there were very few people around, which made for a peaceful and truly enjoyable experience by the sea.

The rooms, facilities and the beach Everything and everyone were great Except the male receptionist was very mean and not willing to cooperate. Other than that, everything was amazing

unbelievable service, great interior of the rooms and the hotel although you might not expect it from outside. The staff is incredible, the spa is unexpected huge, the Pier, Beach and especially the pool areas are breathtaking! It looks like a huge hotel building but as soon as you’re there you feel how everything is so well thought through and really perfect!

We were here in low season and there were barely any visitors. The staff were not what I'd expect from a place that charges this kind of money. Security were walking around like they owned the place, bring visible and watching us, it was weird. Reception staff barely spoke any English. Lot of folks were hangings in their phones when we approached, sometimes watching videos with volume up.. Overall the place has signs of poor maintenance. Some switches in the pools didn't work. Handles were broken in changing rooms. Some showers in changing rooms were only running cold. Their breakfast option in EUR 57/person, no buffet option. This was the most expensive non-buffet breakfast I've ever seen in a hotel, and I've been places.

Very nice hotel in beautiful place. Prices are quite high, especially in the restaurants
