The hotel employees were very polite and hospitable The bathroom was not clean. There were many fungi in the shower which is disgusting. The toilet door could not be closed properly.

Where should i start? The staff were absolutely the nicest, kindest, most welcoming and most helpful people you can ever meet, they all had a smile on and were always there to help us. The rooms were spacious, very clean and well designed. The hotel overall had a very relaxing environment, its located just a 5 mins walk from alaçatı center. I highly recommend staying there and i definitely will be staying there again during my next visit to çeşme.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok. The room was very noisy, bed sheets and towels were stained and old! The shower drain had issues, water was not going down well! There was not much space around the pool to chill!

Hotel was very clean and the room was quite spacious. The staff was amazing. Since it was outside the pedestrian walking area of the city, it was very easy to park our rented car near the hotel. They served a very good breakfast. We also enjoyed the beautiful yard and the poolside. Hotel has a very poor soundproofing as if walls are made of the paper. We stayed there for 2 nights and we literally had no sleep. We were constantly awaken either by the noise from the corridor when somebody checked out during the night or some outside noise. Literally at 1200 pm one of the restaurants nearby would start very loud music on that lasted till 2 or 3 am. We hoped to get some sleep in the morning but then we were woken up by the roaring sound of ground excavator on a construction area across the street.

Good location and nice room and big breakfast the room was not cleaned daily, unless we reminded them to empty the bins, get new toilet paper etc… We also had an issue with paying with card, because on the arrival it was said that the pos terminal is not working, but on the booking paying with a card was an option. We needed to withdraw the money because of that but the comission was very high.

Rooms and hotel were clean and new. Hotel reception staff very nice. Breakfast is really just not nearly good enough. Needs major improvement. That also goes for the staff serving breakfast who had some attitude for no reason at all. Bed was very bad.

-Very polite and friendly staff -Very clean and comfortable -Wonderful breakfast and lovely pool -The location is close to perfect as it is very easy to get to the desired location. There was not a single negative thing to be noted about the property.
