One and only staff who prepared our breakfast was very very nice. Room inside was ok, as clean as possible for an old building. Location is also ok, not too far from the beach. But we had to drive for Alacati downtown The staff, internet connection and the pool. The staff informed us about the breakfast time upon arrival as 9:00-12:00 and we made a comment “oh very long, check out is at 12:30, we can get breakfast latest possible and then check out quickly” So, we went to breakfast at 11:30 and they told us the breakfast ended at 11:00, and the staff made it seem like it was my fault to misunderstand the timing. We had a conversation about this timing, how come the receptionist didn’t correct me when I was making the comment?? If you ask me, I felt like since it’s kind of off season, they ran out if breakfast stuff and when we came, it was easy to just communicate as we were late!! Because of this we had to pay extra and order breakfast from the menu. Unfortunately, that was another bad experience. This time the staff who took our order and prepared was very nice. However, we received only 70% from what was written in the menu but we’ve got no discount for the things we didn’t get!!! Second most important was the internet connection. This hotel advertised as having free wifi which doesn’t work in the rooms! There are TVs in the room with an error “no internet connection” if you want to use your phone, you need to go to lobby. Even the menu worked with internet but the internet barely worked in the breakfast area…… And the pool… do not get fooled by the pictures!! This pool is more like a water fountain than for people to swim. Firstly it’s very very very small compare to the pictures and very dirty
