Cemal Alaçatı Hotel

while staying at this beautiful hotel we received a call ib the early hours of our first night from family to say we had lost our dear mother. So we had to make arrangements to fly to the family, and our holiday was cut short. We contacted the hotel to see if there was anything they could do, but Murat bey the lovely manager said there was nothing they could do as it was the booking was made through Booking.com Could you please help with this matter as you know I regularly use Booking.com for all of my vacations.

1. The staff at this hotel were amazing. Nothing was ever a problem and their service was outstanding. The manager and his team made us feel at home and catered to our every need. 2. Lovely rooms 3. The hotel is professionally but intimately run by a kind family. The small team who work here are attentive and friendly, especially the young man who could not do enough for us! Breakfast is fresh, delicious and healthy. Eggs, cheese, jams, salad, pastes, bread etc. are included as well as the tastiest doughnuts we’ve eaten! This complimentary breakfast is higher quality than the many cafes in town. The hotel is immaculately clean and comfortable (cool on a night), with beautiful flora. The location is a very short walk into town but with the bonus of plenty of parking spaces, peace and quiet. The hotel is very safe as is the whole area. Child/family friendly. I would not consider another hotel if we were to return to the area! N/A

Staff and the vibe Everything was perfect

The property was beautiful and clean. The hosts, Murat and his wife were very warm and welcoming. Our stay was cozy and felt like home. Definitely recommended, if you’re visiting Alacati or Cesme.

Idil and Murat are simply the sweetest heart couple of owners that make you feel like a royalty and right at home :) Their attention, unwavering help and kindness demonstrate how essentially giving and kind they genuinely are. The room is super clean, quiet and comfortable.. The breakfast was exceptionally fresh and delicious.. Almost everything is homemade with lots love. The hotel owners mr. Murat and mrs. Adil are very friendly and kind, the hotel is very cozy and clean, good energy and vibes, they are very generous with food and drinks. We recommend this hotel for everybody coming to Alacati, we are definitely going to repeat visiting the hotel in the future. -

Exceptional

The owners were amazing, Very kind and helpfull! The hotel has just the right size, maybe 10(?) rooms total. Clean/tidy rooms and pool area. The location to the city centre is also perfect, quiet area and within minutes you are in the busy streets! The breakfast is delicious but could use some more variation during the week. Its pretty much the same each day.

Everyone was very friendly and they helped us whenever we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel it was super clean. When we go back we would like to stay here again.
