The hotel is run by family, who are amazing people was so cheer-full and helpful. Room was very clean with comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast area was very peaceful. Breakfast it self was very nice. Location is right next to Alacati Carsi where you can walk in the centre with just 5 min walk. We will definitely stay here if we come again to Alacati.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The Room was very clean, fully equipped with facilities. Staff was very helpful, friendly and caring as well as the service staff. Breakfast was very delicious and various. We felt really comfortable and safe. The hotel is located in the middle of the most beautiful streets of alacati. Besides of that, it’s not noisy. You can feel comfortable even when it’s hot outside because AC is working very well. Overall, we had an amazing experience and we’re looking forward to come back ! Everything was awesome!

We did not like anything in that hotel. We went to check in and they gave us a room at -1 level whic is basically underground. My wife said there is no way she can stay there and they said this is the room we paid for and this is the only room they can give us. Which was not saying on the booking.com website??? They they said they will arrange another hotel for us on that night and following day they would have rooms upstairs. So the owner lady or manager lady took us to next hotel and she made us pay an extra TL 2500.00. which was too much but she knew that we had no other choice. On next day we checked out of other hotel and went to Neva Hotel and the staff said the room is not ready. So we left the baggages and left to go for a tour in city. When we came back in the evening, they gave us a room just opposite the reception desk where we listened to the receptionist conversations to other guests over the phone or in person all night. Please stay away from this hotel.

The location was great! Everything is organised better than in city. Very close to touristic areas. Transportation. Maybe if coaches were nearby. I loved everything but there are additional charges for breakfast for example I had to pay for menemen which wasn’t on menu even though it is a breakfast dish.

location I have some comments; - The rooms first day we came were very clean and neat but they were not cleaned next day which we found very weird but didn’t ask about so maybe if we requested that; they would have done it but I think it should do without saying. - The breakfast was very good but we had one egg per person and when we wanted to have omelette they said it is extra expense! I wonder what would require extra expenses as a difference between scrambled eggs and omelettes! - We requested to have coffee in the room as there was no kettle and no coffee but it was only allowed to have coffee at the breakfast area! which is also weird - The staff do not speak English at all which made it very difficult to communicate. one last comment is that at the check out; the extras they mentioned were really a very silly small amount and the owner waived them without us asking, meaning there was no need for them to consider these extras that only gave a negative impression!

The hotel is a family bussines. Very friendly people and very helpfull. Everything new and clean, close to center, lovely terace and tasty breakfast. Couldn't be more happy! Definitely would come back! Thank you guys!! I loved everything

We had absolutely amazing stay. It was little hard to find hotel by car, so we parked car and continueby foot. Hotel helped us latter to move car and get our luggage. We had some issues with our reservation but after small talk we were able to fix it and hotel staff was really nice and helpful so they fixed issue immediately. In case you looking nice good quality boutique hotel with good location, amazing service and clean facilities. This is your hotel stay. We just loved our stay.
