The close proximity to beautiful water, breakfast, good costumer service. Queen Bed seemed small and pillows large and uncomfortable.

The hotel was exeptional, I loved the interior and great berakfast by the sea. As European I dont mind lack of english at all. It was peaceful and really beautifull out there :)

Amazing staff, great breakfasts, a beautiful hotel right next to the clear blue water. Truly an amazing experience because everyone tried their best to be helpful, no matter the hour or the request! Our air conditioning stopped working suddenly and the same happened for our friends in another room too. Strange!

Management were extremely unhelpful when we had a medical emergency and could not visit: they refused to engage with us to compromise and resolve the issue. All they cared about was short term profit and surprisingly did not care about their reputation or us as future clients.

We encountered several issues during our stay. First, there was an incident where I found a cockroach in my room. The following day, I discovered a couple more cockroaches, but they were already dead when I found them. When I reported this to the front desk, they offered to move me to a different room, but it was significantly smaller and felt like a downgrade from my previous accommodation. Additionally, the hotel allowed outside guests to purchase day passes for beach access, which resulted in the small beach area becoming overcrowded. This detracted from the experience and made it difficult to enjoy the space. On our last day, we had an unpleasant encounter with another guest who harassed us about the snacks and drinks we brought from outside. This interaction was particularly troubling as it carried racist undertones, with the guest acting as though they had the right to judge us simply because we were tourists. It's disheartening to experience such behavior, especially when you're just trying to enjoy your vacation.

We had a memorable stay at Rasim Palas. Elegant building with cosy rooms , very clean , spacious & comfortable beds. Excellent location & friendly staff , beautiful lobby with bar. Well secured building. Good WiFi . Recommend Alliance restaurent nearby for delicious food & wine! Only thing we didn’t like was , we didn’t get the room as shown in the photographs for a deluxe room. However on highlighting same another room was given which we were satisfied with . ( missing only a sofa)

the building is nicely restored. clean. nice breakfast nice staff although they didn’t spoke any English The A/C had a bad smell and we couldn’t use it at all. the hotel staff has a bad language barrier. no duvet provided in the beds, just a throw
