Only location It wasn’t clean and they keep there as a family home no as a hotel, tv was out of order , bathroom not clean

View in double room Umay was marvelous I don’t have breakfast included in price and staff didn’t offer any coffee/tea as most of the hotels are offered

There were ladies speaking loudly at 3 am next to the pool and no one noticed them not to do that.

Very nice layout of the rooms, pool, and outdoor space. Staff are very friendly. Location was great, away from the noise of the main attraction, but only 6-7 minutes walking distance. Staff mostly don’t speak English. Only one lady could, and she was great. When we checked in we were only handed a key, without knowing anything else about hotel rules/policies. Room needs maintenance, especially the bathroom/shower box.

Fresh Turkish breakfast with good variety. The location is great. It’s in the newer side of town, quieter than the “çarşı” but only a short walk to all the hustle and bustle. The hotel arranged for transportation and pickup (for a fee) to nearby beaches too. Late breakfast (10am), no tea/coffee service in the morning (only after breakfast is ready), no room turndown, only a small mirror in the bathroom which makes getting ready with multiple people a challenge.
