The room on the basement floor had a noticeable humidity smell, which led me to upgrade my room. I don't recommend staying in the basement rooms as they aren't worth the price. The upgraded room on the entrance floor was comfortable and big.

Good location, very nice pool, setting, garden. Rooms spacious. We arrived early, and the staff said we could check in at 14h00. We returned at 15h30 and the rooms were not ready. We said it was not acceptable and the staff said if we were not happy we could cancel. That was nit an option as we would not have found alternative accommodation. The staff did make up later when they offered to take one of our group who was bitten by a dig to hospital free of charge. We had basement rooms with no view and very little fresh air . Rooms on ground and first floors should be much better.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it’s just outside the old town so it’s quiet at night but only a 5/10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. We particularly loved the pool and outdoor seating areas. The breakfast meze is really nice but I feel it could be a little more substantial, but then again I probably just eat too much.

I loved this hotel. I can not reccomend this place enough. It is very clean. It has a nice swimming pool. The staff there was really nice, Mehmet and his friends were very hospitable. You have to go to this place to try the breakfast. They serve every guest with a full turkish breakfast which was the highlight of our stay in Alacati. Each beach is around 10 mins driver from the hotel and the local town is only around 8 mins walk with plenty of restraunts. Nothing, it was perfect.

Nothing Only one staff could speak English who was not there as we wanted to check-in (we informed them by phone and mails when we will arrive there). It was a very difficult check-in. They did not inform us by check-in only the towels which will be on the floor will be changed. So they did not change our towels. The cleaning was very bad, they did not clean our room in our whole stay there. The shower in our room was not working well, I asked them to repair it, they just removed it. The guy (the only one who could speak English) was very aggressive and unfriendly. The staff of the hotel was using the swimming pool and other areas of the garden so sometimes there was no place in their small swimming pool to swim because the staff was using it. The rooms in the basement were smelling very bad. We notified them many times about the bad smell but they did not do anything. Our family also booked the suite room of their hotel. It was very bad. The bathroom was in the middle of the room without any doors or privacy. The roof of the suite room was very short it means it was not possible to take shower by standing!!!

What a beautiful hotel! From the moment you walk in you are surrounded by lots of plants and greenery with cute seating areas! The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were clean! The hotel itself gives off the relaxing vibe of Alacati! Nothing!
