Location ! Very nice restaurants, amazing food ! Clean room with beautiful view of the castle. Very unfriendly reception! All of them ( was three girls ) No greeting nothings no smiles .

The room was spacious and bright and a very good size. The staff at reception was excellent -- very helpful and pleasant. I was not pleased with the breakfast. They ran out of food and were slow to replenish. As far as the restaurant, the dinner was delicious, but I was not pleased with the service.

service at the restaurant. very very slow and problematic

It was clean, staff was kind, breakfast and dinner was pretty good, room was small but nice interior, bathroom was spacious… We had to pay extra for parking which is not a good experience since the rate is already high for the weekend. The staff was kind but most of the receptionists/ concierge was new and didnt know much about the area , specifically the wine tasting alternatives which is a shame because we go to these regions for the tasting experience…

Door man came out to help unload luggages. Welcome drink is the plus. According to the conversation they said they will give the tickets for the Chambord castle. We got all tickets when we checked in without mentioning we need pay for them. We all thought that was the hotel’s benefit. In the end at the checkout time they charged those tickets…

The perfect location to stay for visiting Chambord, you literally step on the castle land after coming out of this hotel. The staff are all very courteous and polite, the hotel is in a unique artistic style with stunning views and very clean room. We enjoyed the welcome chocolate balls and drink, loved the tapas from the bar and the complimentary 1-hr sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. It’s a bit too pricey, and I wish the room would be bigger.

The exceptional service was provided by everyone, from the reception to the bar, restaurant, and concierge. All the staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Though we arrived late in the evening shortly before the restaurant closed its kitchen, their grace and our friendly approach convinced them to squeeze us in for a final meal, and we enjoyed a fabulous cheese platter and dinner on the patio. Favorably, parking was ultimately easy to access and convenient. That said, GPS didn't route properly and it seemed that (at the time) the signage or instructions could have been more helpful at leading us in.

Room was very comfortable. Beautiful views from the outdoor dining room. Food was delicious. Unfortunately the safe didn’t work. They promised to fix it the next morning. When that didn’t happen they offered to put my jewelry in the drawer of the reception desk….The service was underwhelming. There were over €200 of incorrect charges on the bill. Same thing happened to the woman before me.
