Really lovely hotel. All the staff were super nice. Breakfast was great and afternoon tea is so nice to come home to at the end of the afternoon - a highlight after a day on the slopes.

Lovely hotel, everything great. The staff is wonderful, always with a smile on and ready to help with any request. The tea time at the hotel was a lovely surprise for our apres-ski. We really hope we may come back to Hotel Suisse soon.

Staff were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. Its location is great. Afternoon tea after skiing was an unexpected pleasure! The noisy floorboards upstairs from people walking woke us up a few times.

This was the best hotel i have stayed at in all my travels over the last 40 years. The service was so far above and beyond any I have experience. The Room was perfect, the pillows and bedding exceptional...all in all it was amazing!

Breakfast, and the tea and cakes were lovely, as were the staff who were very friendly. The locations and views are excellent too. The price at CHF326 for a small twin room was a bit excessive. It would be helpful to have the lift go down to the level of the car park, as there are a lot of stairs up to Reception when carrying luggage from the carpark up into the hotel. The car park was very slippery, so would be helpful if salt were put down early morning when icy.

If you are looking for view, you are in for a treat! The Mountains View room is just breathtaking. The staff cannot make you feel more welcome and taken care of. The breakfast is amazing as well full of local produce and fresh fruit. We will for sure come back again many times!

I liked everything. It is in a great location, the hotel has the feel of a cozy guesthouse, the couple who run the hotel at delightful - so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is quite extensive, it is easy to park one’s car at the hotel, good value for money … and I could go on. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Best stay of my recent trip to Switzerland. Loved the views across the valley from my room. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I appreciated not being asked on checkin what time I wanted my breakfast (as happened elsewhere). I’d been travelling all day and all I wanted was to sit down, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the picturesque valley. Staff were so helpful. They were quick to answer my questions via email with plenty of helpful information. Then while I was there, they helped with booking a table for dinner. There was nothing to dislike.

Very welcoming family run business with masses of knowledge about the village. Look forward to going back Nothing
