The location is centre of everything. Food is decent. The hotel is clean with good wifi. The owner of the hotel is a bit weird and talks a lot more than she should. May be its a subjective opinion but it was frustrating having a conversation with her. Except for her attitude the entire staff was very polite and understood hospitality. Her demeanor is the only reason I will avoid visiting this hotel ever again.

Location was not good. Narrow staircase to climb to reach the reception. Small and cramped area of the room.

very clean, comfortable, peaceful, location, ventilation, good flow of hot water, good bedding linen, availability of free RO drinking water - There is no place to keep the soap or shampoo while taking bath. This is a very common sense issue which the hotel has not bothered to resolve. - The location of tissue paper roll stand is too close to the bath location, hence tissue paper gets wet and spoiled while taking bath. Again a common sense point. - Only one piece of very small hand washing soap is provided which is not enough to hold in hand for bath. A separate soap of bigger size or shampoo bottle should be provide for bath. - Hotel gave only one bath towel. Every good hotel gives 2 bath towels, specially if 2 persons are staying in the room. On my request to give additional towel, hotel staff told that they do not have extra, and will come next day from laundry. ( I had to check out in the morning next day. ) This is not acceptable that a good hotel does not keep any spare towel. - There is no electric kettle and tea bags in the room. ( Hotel provides free 1 cup tea per person ). - Hotel is not suitable for those aged / elderly persons who can not go up through stairs as the rooms are on first and second floor. There is no lift ( which can not be installed due to building design ).

Great staff, large and cozy room, delicious meals at a good price, location near the MALL is a big advantage The shower is nice and clean but the water flow is weak.

We are book the superior room but the hotel staff giving us a deluxe room this is very bad experience with the hotel staff.

Convenient and very close to ISBT sector 17. Has room service. Property was doing renovations and a lot of noise was disturbing.
