Location is close to south railway station, but still quite a long walk with luggages. Good that they did private a free drop off service. Public area has smoke smell…

Near railway station and convenience store at hotel. The staff did not reply to my message. Hotel room has no shower gel and toilet paper despite that we came in after mid night. Usually I will stay at holiday Inn for their service. But when I checked in, the counter service staff was not friendly and only gave us one room key. Outside the lift, I saw people throw cigarette butt and rubbish. It was unslightly and not cleaned. And the corridor has smoking smell.

The room is very comfortable. Staff are a bit indifferent. Their English is not so good so communication is a bit difficult although they did try to use translator App to help.

Good option If you arrives to Changsha South railway station Room is OK but it's not new and some things require repair. Breakfast starting from 7 am (too late in case you will have a morning train)

Convenient to train station Room smells of dampness.Have to open up windows to ventilate away the odour. Reception area does not appear to be a typical hotel type reception

Stayed for the second time for the convenient location for a quick stopover from Changshanan train station. Is tolerable for one night and breakfast is convenient and decent. Smoking, smoking everywhere. The stink is not so bad if the room is cleaned thoroughly beforehand. Recommend using a towel to block the crack under the door from the corridor to avoid smoke from the corridors. Spend as little time as possible in the corridors, elevators and lobby.

It is clean. It comes with breakfast with Asian and Western options. The hotel is not very near to the railway station so you might need to call a taxi if you have bigger pieces of luggage or if it is raining. The staff cannot speak English at all. The room was warm and noisy on our second night. We could hear the rumbling of train.

Rooms and bathrooms were modern and tidy. Location walkable from Changsha south railway station. Breakfast was nice and decent selection. SMOKING was rampant and even encouraged (ashtrays available on each floor in the corridors and people blatantly smoking in the lobby). The hotel was advertised as "SMOKE FREE THROUGHOUT" but this is completely false. When the staff were asked, they did not want to stop the behaviour. The rooms were claimed to be smoke-free but the smell permeates from the corridor and also cigarette smoke smell comes out of the air conditioning when it is turned on.

Near Changsha train station with free shuttle service to station. Staff was friendly and helpful especially a young manager ,Chuan? Value for money. Room a bit small. Breakfast was so so. Although had free shuttle service to Changsha South train station, it was the wrong station as we were taking the high speed train to Zhangjiajie. Had to rush and take the metro to Railway square to get the HST train.
