But I want complain 2 topic. 1.receptionist are not very good service they aren't willing to help customer have any questions and not smile as always. 2.I reservation 1 twin bed room but actually I got 1 large bed room (it's different price) I want to change my room but receptionist told me I should pay more if change to be 1 twin bed room.
-
nice and comfort 3 star hotel close to happening walking street, near to XiangJiang Metro station, a short distance from Wuyi Metro Station (main happening walking street) with reasonable price
-
The room is too small.

The two front female counter staff we came into contact with are very very cold. Why bother come to work when you are not happy with your work?? Do not expect a smile from them. They are like robot, no emotion at all.At times don't even look at you when talking to you. They certainly need customer service courses.

Not too bad. Close to shopping centers/MRT and next to shopping street. The only setback is that there is no traffic entrance to the hotel. Have to lug your luggage thru the street to get to the hotel. A bit sleazy cos plenty of cards placed at your door soliciting for company. Otherwise stay was pleasant for 3 nights.

NB Wuyi Sq is on subway line but hotel about 10 mins walk from Metro.
-
Hotel room dirty, dirty windows.... Breakfast buffet in restaurant meager. Great location in centre of town
-
Next to a shopping street. Even had a pizzeria, Pisa Pizza, which was not bad. Supermarket about 10 minute walk. Pizza Hut about 15 minute walk. Lot's of Chinese restaurants, but language is a problem. Changsha is not an easy town to get around if you do not speak Chinese.

will stay again.
-
Staff was helpful, but there was no English, no cards or any translation as others indicated. But we did okay. Okay value.
-
It was a beautiful stay. Will stay there again when we return to Changsha. The staff did not speak a lot of English, but they bent over backwards to help us in every way. Very friendly people.

Is a very affordable Hotel, it’s clean, not the newest but has an In-House Restaurant with buffet breakfast, a-la-cart lunch and dinner and friendly service. However, speaking English guests need to be a bit more tolerant. They have palm cards with typical arrival and departure questions to point on and an answer list, they will show you to point at. Security is 24 hours on hand, so you can feel save & secure there. The Hotel is very recommendable for shopaholics as several Shopping Houses, roads with side stands, basement and alley-way stores, old traditional shopping streets and ultra posh monster warehouses are right around. For an example: opposite Wuij Ave is a narrow street going off with roadside old traditional food stores on the right look for the violin playing Johann Strauss monument on the opposite side and look up. A sky scraper with a multi level upper class shopping complex where one can buy a Royce Royce, Merc or Maserati and just everything else, even shoe laces and a whole level on first class fine dining restaurants can be found on level 3 and 4, western or traditional, so bring an empty suit case. The only down side, Wuiy Ave is an eight lane road and some unavoidable road noise is to hear when the room’s window faces that way. We find this hotel to be the gem in golden opportunity surroundings and had a very good time connecting with the real down to earth China, thinking to visit again.

This was my second stay at the Jinjiang Inn, Wuyi Square. Its location is ideal for an evening stroll along the river or window shopping in Taiping Jie. I even have a new "favourite cafe" nearby, where the staff know my order! The rooms are tiny (single rooms at least) but clean, and the bed is unusually comfortable by western standards for a Chinese hotel. Front desk staff don't appear to speak more than minimum English but that was not a problem.
-
Very convenient location. The staff is friendly.

This hotel measured up to my expectations in all but one aspect. One elevator was being repaired and builder's rubble littered the lobby on every floor. In addition, with only one lift working it took a long time to get up or daown. This aside the hotel was excellent value for money and I have already recommended it to colleagues. Free wifi was a bonus. No English was spoken by front desk staff.
-
Value for money. Reception does not speak English.
-
Found check in rather traumatic, language was not a barrier the demand for money with little or no explanation left me confused. Centrally located within walking distance of shops and attractions. Tried to book another night was told it would be expensive so should use website. Unfortunately no rooms available through hotels.com so went elsewhere. I think I could have been told there were no rooms or they didn't want me. Would book again value for money, though would have definite idea of length of stay. Oh and I got back the cash it was for a security deposit.

I just returned from Changsha and I can't say enough great things about this hotel! From the staff to the location, to the housekeepers and chefs everything was perfect. This hotel is probably the greatest value in the world. I will definitely stay there whenever I am in Changsha. You can walk to almost anything from this location or catch a taxi right in front on Wuyi Ave. It is located right off the corner of Wuyi and Taiping Jie...a great little traditional shopping street for those who don't know. The breakfast buffet here is also very impressive. It was well stocked and fresh every day. Mmmmmm....steamed buns! :-) There was never a time that I didn't feel welcome here. The staff was always very friendly. Even though they didn't always have an English speaker at the front desk they were always ready with online translation. I never felt like there was much of a language barrier. They were always very attentive and very helpful at all times. Book this hotel with confidence whether you are native Chinese or coming in from the West for business or pleasure. I love this hotel chain so much that I just booked their location in Tonglu for Spring Festival 2012. :-)

They are building the MRT station in the front main road. It can be dusty and traffic in front is quite congested. It is within walking distance to walk street and shopping mail. Quite a good location.
