Great hotel, in and out, very clean, professional staff, hotel manager Jack was helpful on everything, and he was very personal with details on customer service, good free breakfast buffet in Chinese and western dishes, and free laundry service was a major plus when travel with kids, even comes with free detergent, unmatched compared to western standards None

Brother Feng was very good at his job. Another thing I liked was the view and the big bathtub!

room was very large, water in the room. welcome snack, breakfast was really good. Feng was very helpful. 24 hour connivence store at the reception was quite good . free laundry and when i went o get our clothes, it had been packed and folded for me. the staff were really exceptional for service delivery nothing

There's been a lot of praises heaped on Jack Ma the hotel manager and they are all justified and well deserved. Friendly and helpful. The walk to the nearest train station is a bit far for a 77 year old mother. For me, it was fine.

It was clean and the food is great . The location to the subway is undergoing massive construction . We were told by hotel staff that it was walkable and we can make our way there by foot when we land (that is when we are coming from another part of China). The rolling of luggages was arduous with the bumpy road. We asked the hotel for transport bt was told they don’t provide one . I wld think that this is a necessity .

The property was at an excellent location for exploring Changsha’s main sights and pedestrian street. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant offers a great selection for the buffet breakfast and a superb view of Changsha by day and night. We were greeted by English-speaking staff which put us at ease immediately. Jack kindly provided us with all the necessary information to make the most of our stay in Changsha. It was a half way stop on our trip around China so the laundry facilities were very much appreciated and the ease of use made it all simple. A great place to stay on your next visit to Changsha.

Location is good, close to bullet train station. No wifi in the room. Staff dont know how to fix. Luckily 5G works better.

The stay at days hotel was lovely. The location is super convenient and close to the metro line 2 that takes you to sightseeing stops like orange island, and wuyi stop for all the food! Thanks to Jack and Hu for your hospitality. We always felt welcomed and looked after. Also brekky was fantastic!

Not my first time in Changsha and this Hotel. If you want to stay in the most comfort place in Changsha - just choose this hotel! Great location, excellent staff (they will help to solve any problem and help you with any request (my best and warm regards to Mr. Jack Ma!!!)), wonderful rooms and, of course, very tasty breakfast with great view!
