Door did not shut properly, after addressing it to the staff, they ignored me and told me to basically deal with it. Had to call for their attention at the front desk multiple times and they were refusing to come. Just a very rude atmosphere.

It is across the street from my son’s place. It’s clean and staff is nice Beds a little hard but the convenient location is super awesome

The breakfast was minimal. While the hotel was “okay”…. It needs work! There was no stopper in the sink so anything dropped- went down the drain… everything felt DAMP (humidifier needed and furnace filter needed cleaning)… wORSE was the toilet ran ALL THE TIME.. felt like I was sleeping next to a dripping river/running water!

First room had a heavy mildew smell and the window trim was covered in black mold. Staff allowed us to change rooms per our request.

Bathtub did not look cleaned, and the bathmat looked stained. Coffee maker wasn't clean, and we had to get coffee supplies from the front desk.

Front desk staff/Mgmt were very friendly and addressed our needs in a very satisfying manner. Sam was very friendly! Thank you Sam!. There was a minor issue with the shower not having any pressure otherwise I was pleased with the overall accommodations.

The breakfast advertised that there was fresh fruit but there was none. The staff was a bit rude. The furniture in the lounge needed repairs.
