An excellent, modern, functional hotel. Everything worked properly, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the staff were helpful and there was free coffee in the lobby every morning. Nothing really, they didn't do laundry, but that's a minor quibble.

Nice clean room, comfy bed, slept well, 7eleven nearby, 15 to 20 min walk to centre of town, coffee machine downstairs, good hot shower, clean bathroom No electric jug, coffee machine turned off 11am

Great location close to the bus station and football stadium. A little overpriced for a hotel with minimal facilities.

Very clean and comfortable. Slept like a baby. Located near a big park where I could go and spend a nice relaxing day. Lots of interesting places to see nearby like the markets. Having Grab services was a plus point. I really enjoyed the free hot drinks in the morning from 6.00 to 11.00. You can have Americano, cappuccino, hot chocolate or mocha. Overall, this place is well organized. It seems popular too judging by the constant stream of guests arriving every day. Worth the price. Would have liked to be on the upper floors instead of the ground floor where I stayed which didn't provide much privacy as the window looked out directly onto the parking. So had to keep the shade down all the time. Otherwise, everything was superb!

Location Condition and services don't justify the price. No kettle in the room, no coffee, no hairdryer,no toiletries. balcony too small. Hardly one person can go there. No restaurant in the hotel. Coffee available until noon in the lobby. Very small lobby area with uncomfortable chairs. Same style as 711 chairs to drink coffee.The chair in the bedroom makes nerve wracking noise when you try to move it,which woke me up when the room bellow me pushed the chairs around.I suggested to the receptionist padding on the chairs legs. No English channel.Wifi didn't work for me even though the reception tried to get it to work.In the end she said the problem is with my phone. Only one chair in the room for 2. They raise the price from day to day. Funny shower setting. No door to shower area. only half glass installed. So water from the shower area would make the floor wet. Bed not the best quality. The bed springs makes noise.

Good location, friendly staff, value for money, shower was good and bed was comfortable. This is a no frills hotel, no kettle or hairdryer but good for a stopover on way to koh Chang. Tiny balcony, could hardly get one person on it and close the door

Hop Inn keep their high standards wherever you find one. I've stayed in this chain before and you know you will get the same. Clean, super comfortable bed. Good quality furnishings. Fridge. TV. On suite in every room. You have the option of a lift to your floor as well as stairs. Highly recommended. Nothing

The location is close to markets but so peaceful. The room is very clean. Beds are comfortable. What I like the most is friendly supportive front office staff.
