I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very satisfied. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, which is particularly impressive and makes it stand out from other hotels. The room is private, the air conditioning works well, the bed is comfortable, and Netflix is also available. My most recent experience with the front desk staff surprised me a little. I was staying alone, and when I checked in, I was given only one key card. I had no issue with that, as I could simply remove it whenever I left the room. However, when I checked out, the front desk staff asked where the other key card was and why I only had one. I explained honestly that I had received only one card at check-in, but the staff did not seem to believe me because the system showed that two cards had been issued. However, this was not something I was responsible for.

It was a very nice eco- friendly boutique hotel, exceptionally clean. The rain head shower in our bathroom did not work and the shower water was lukewarm. If we did not encounter these two issues, we would have gladly given it a 10/10 score.

We liked the location and appreciated that there was limited, controlled parking available for our car. Unfortunately, there were many issues. The staff showed no interest in helping with our luggage. The sofa was badly stained. The room felt much smaller than expected because the balcony—counted as part of the room size—was dirty and covered with bird droppings. There were no electrical outlets at the desk or in the bathroom. The bed was on the floor of a raised platform with no nighttime lighting, creating a serious tripping hazard, along with other uneven floor transitions that felt unsafe. Breakfast was very poor; the cold eggs Benedict was covered in an odd, sugary sauce that had to be scraped off to be edible. The advertised “river view” also did not match the review photos, being dominated by old, run-down buildings rather than the pleasant view we expected. Overall, the room appeared poorly designed and we checked out as quickly as possible, with no intention of returning.

Everything was perfect except the deluxe coffee/tea maker was broken on the 3rd day of our 9th day stay. So disappointed because the coffee was so good.

Bath bomb was with additional charge but in the check in they confused us by saying that the bath bubbles are free so we thought it was free and were surprised at check out

Friendly staffs and I felt welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the room had strong odor from the bathroom pipe.
