The Peak Chanthaburi Hotel

- Near Central area, with many restaurants nearby - Staff was helpful - Clean - Great view for breakfast on the 5th floor to start the day - room amenities were minimal - no restaurant in the hotel

Clean and great location. The Hotel is simplistic but very nice. The hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast. We need to buy food outside or order only.

This hotel is a very modern style and what you would expect from a Novotel pullman and other large hotel companies Allowing earlier check in even though they had rooms available had to wait until 2pm I suppose that are the rules and are clearly explained on their web site So can not really complain for them adhering to their rules

It was clean, easy check in and check in and check out, gorgeous to look at of a morning across the pool, close to shops ect Nothing to say at all i enjoyed it all

Lovely room, comfortable bed, beautiful pool and average breakfast. Lovely staff in breakfast room. Very helpful security guard/bellboy. 4 female staff at reception. No smiles, no conversation, no welcome drink. Terrible wifi.

In rate 1,600 baht/night in the city , I expect to rest in the room at river side, but near the street instead. There is some noise of motercycle and car from time to time to annoy our sleeping. The restroom is a bit small or not good design. It's hard to enter and out.

Great facility, lovely view and comfortable beds. Everything is clean and nice. This place is understaffed, breakfast included for our villa and suite was terrible as if it was for staffs not for customers, this is the worst place I have had breakfast in all places I have been. Most plates and bowls including glass and cups were chipped! We had breakfast 1 out of 4days and ate out for the rest. One time around midnight, me and my sister was sitting near the pool by the reception and a security guard called us saying that there customer waiting to check in, we were surprised and said what? He just left and went away. No apologies or explanation was given to us. Understaffed and they lack of training.

The staff very extremely helpful, kind and caring. The breakfast could of been better , and there wasn’t any other food available after breakfast , no room service for meals would of been very helpful. the swimming pool area needs fixing . the balcony is a death hazard with a thin wooden panel in one side which would break if a child run into it let alone an adult just falling on it.

Breakfast Cleanliness and service minds of staffs N the price is like 5 stars hotel which not worth there was a smell from a bathroom And a floor was flood when talking a bath. Also the nest of birds was at the window outside bathroom; which was invade insided.
