Very specious room with everything you need, two balconies with seating areas. The garden is very well maintained and the location is great. The owner and her son were very welcoming, he speaks great English as well and provided us with some tips and recommendations. The price is a little high for such facilities

If you wish to have place like come back home after go around the town for leisure or business. This place I can say yes. Gentle and lovely Owner Khun Tum and His grandma very kind and warm welcome to all traveller. It’s quite difficult a bit if you hungry at night as not had 24 hours shop near by. Only one small grocery store that will close around 10 pm. But still can order via messenger all night. Just a small thing the sound of motorcycle in and out beside of house that make a quiet night became a bit noisy if you wish to sit out side but when inside the room will quiet enough for sleep.

Breakfast not included but available within walking distance. The location is ideal for exploring in and around Chanthaburi. It was very quiet with only the sounds of the local wildlife. The accommodation was very clean and the staff very friendly. We will certainly be back again. Nothing. It was a perfect four days.

Really nice room for the price. It was a small hut with a separate bathroom and a separate kitchen area. It had a balcony around two sides of the building. The balcony overlooked a reice field which was in full bloom. Lovely. The bed was quite comfortable. The place was very quiet and not far from central Chanthaburi. The ladies running the place were pleasant & friendly. I would stay again No dedicated car parking area so had to park on the grass which was a bit muddy due to the wet season. No big deal as our car was parked right next to our room. There was no table and chair/s inside so we had to eat and drink outside on the balcony
