So close to everything and very safe

Such a convenient location when visiting UNC! My favorite hotel in Chapel Hill.

Nice cozy room with a decent sized balcony. Welcoming lobby. Great location walkable to downtown. Front desk could be more friendly at check in, no introduction given. Hotel felt a little dated in terms of bathrooms, carpet and fixtures. Parking garage could use a re-route and charging $27 a night to park seems excessive. Free street parking was easy, but this was in July when student body presence was limited.

The Graduate outdid themselves with this one, My husband and I love Graduate hotels and have visited a few others, but this one blew us out of the water. The decor was perfect, the carpet basketball court was a fun touch (and yes we actually played on it!), the balcony was massive and overlooked Franklin Street, and the walkability to campus and all the best restaurants was perfect!

We enjoyed definitely enjoyed our stay.

I think for sanitation purpose the coffee stirrers should be sealed or wrapped like the ones they give you at McDonalds. The staff are nice and helpful. Property is clean and maintained well.

The breakfast was lame. Go elsewhere for a proper breakfast.

Hotel was great! Parking was difficult. You really need a tiny car to get in the spaces.

People lying on the pavement outside of the hotel. One worker at the desk and the restaurant closed during the day. They also charge $29 a day for parking. The rooms are horribly decorated and old. I didn’t not feel safe staying there with my son. We switched to a beautiful hotel 15 minutes away that was less per night

Fun theme/design details. And extremely conveniently located. Very nice and helpful staff! We were grateful for the parking garage as it was raining off and on, and also to be able to enjoy a glass of wine in the bar while waiting (for the rain to stop) to walk to dinner.
