Hampton Inn & Suites Chapel Hill/Durham, Area

I stayed here for a day while helping my son move into college. The facilities were much like any other Hampton, but the staff were truly friendly. I would certainly want to stay here again next time.

Such a pleasant stay. The entire hotel was spotless, breakfast was hot and good, the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was secure and plentiful. Easy to find, attractive setting and easy access to all major highways!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in decades of travel. I booked a King Suite, but when I arrived, they gave me a queen accessible room. The biggest problem was the roach infestation. I saw multiple roaches in my room and even in the hallway. As a landlord, I recognize the smell of insect spray, and that smell was obvious. Breakfast was terrible, with almost no food available. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns, and this was the worst continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. When we asked the staff about the lack of food, they were rude and unhelpful. Overall, this hotel failed in every important area: reservations, cleanliness, food, and service. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

After a long flight, it was great to spend the night in this comfortable, welcoming hotel!

Staff were incredible and very helpful. Rooms were clean and parking was easy.

The air conditioning was not working. The gym was not clean. The staff was difficult to communicate with, the hotel would not reimburse me as it claims Expedia gave them the wrong information. The pool was broken.

I was pleased with the location, the staff, the facilities, I loved it when I walked into the room and the tv was on that said "Welcome Andrew" that was neat! My family and I all agree that the breakfast could have been a little bit better, the eggs were somewhat cold the bacon was paper thin with no taste, there were no omelets as displayed in the pictures just scrambled eggs.
