Quality Inn Charleston South

Our room smelled really musty. The beds seemed smaller than usual. The AC made a ton of noise. Overall not great.

It was very clean and tidy. Rooms were comfortable. Staff super Friendly. A bit confusing having two hotel names on the property. Where am I staying exactly?

It had plenty of parking. Staff was excellent!!!!!! And the BREAKFAST WAS AWESOMEEEEEEE!!!! I would definitely stay here and did I mention the breakfast was AWESOMEEEE!!!

Always smelled weird, entrances to the buildings were very dirty condition. Bed was fine.

The price The facility is pet friendly yet no grassy areas to walk your dog. The floors were dirty, the ac unit was so loud it kept me awake the majority of the night. Will never stay there again

We only stopped for the night on our way from Florida to Cleveland. We were not looking for much but an elevator would have been nice. The property has three buildings. Ours had no ice or elevator. TV was spotty as well. Property was dirty as well. Parking was free though.

Very easy to get to from the highway. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Pool nice size rooms clean Tv couldn't get it to connect to the Internet and ended up leaving around 11pm because the kids were becoming upset over the tv which in return was upsetting me

We were impressed with how clean it was. I always take disinfectant wipes with me to clean things we touch like remotes, door handles, etc. The wipes stayed clean except for a little bit from the refrigerator door handle. I have found that to be disgustedly dirty in other places, but not here. We also found the bed to be very clean and comfy!

Nothing Did not stay there. Room was smelly and dirty. Area was rough as well.

Location to highway easy on and off. The "non-smoking" room smelled like a smoking room. Everything like the room and license, and even the bedding was "wet" and smelled very damp. In the morning when I got dressed, both me and my husband's clothes were damp and felt so nasty.

The property is located in a not-so-great part of town, so our expectations were not that high. There are not really any good restaurants nearby. Overall it was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was much better than expected.

Great place to pull off the road and have a good night's rest.

The staff was great, a little off our route but not difficult to find.
