other than that, the stay was very good.

Parking easy, staff friendly

The view and free breakfast When we got there the tub was running and we were confused so I walked in and dark brown water was blasting out and it had sediment in the tub and I was so grossed out we went to the front desk to let them know. He had just checked me in and not told me anything about this but when I told him about it he said “oh yeah we just fixed a pipe on the roof it will Start running clear soon” …… I was so grossed out and went back upstairs and it eventually did but then my husband had to clean the tub out as there was sand and stuff still in it so I would go in there. Later in the night my daughter went to brush her teeth and even though the sink had been clear earlier brown water shot out on her toothbrush so she had to throw that away and couldn’t brush her teeth. It was dosgusting and no one ever came to check on it like he said and no one even alerted us it could happen. Also the bathroom Door is so heavy to slide I was stuck in there once and smashed my Finger once and had to get my son to come Slide the door open from the outside so I could get out. Lastly the electrical outlets by the bed were like to wide and would barely hold a plug in as they were to loose so it wouldn’t charge my phone. Overall a very bad experience.

Just stated the night for a concert. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and what was around the area. Will stay here again if we are ever in Charlotte.

Great place for a quick stay. Clean and the staff was very friendly.

The location was perfect. About 2 blocks away from the Spectrum and we walked there with no problems.

Everything was amazing the staff specifically the guy that was there yesterday morning around 8am. I believe his name was rayvon if I'm spelling that correctly. He was AMAZING. I was so rattled and depleted of my energy after I missed the train going back to SC.I wanted to check in as early as possible.I knew it was still 8am way before a checkout/ check in time HOWEVER he told me that he would try to get me in a room as early as possible. An he did JUST that. I was able to check in around 2pm I believe. I was so relieved and happy. Next time i'm in charlotte, I will for sure.Stay at this hotel ❤️

Service, breakfast and staff all wonderful. Only issue I have with this property is the $35/day parking fee l, which to me seems a bit steep.
