The room smelled musty and the carpet felt wet when you walked on it.

The staff was amazing! Would definitely recommend. Breakfast bar 5/10 taste wise but has plenty of different foods to choose from

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The staff was exceptional, very professional, polite and made our stay very pleasant! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Charlotte, NC Area.

The hotel was great and the service was phenomenal. I believe because this hotel is open to families with pets which is great but there was the strongest smell of dog urine on the elevator to us walking to our room on the second floor

Friendly, helpful, informative staff. Benjamin and Marcel were so hospitable. We were in town for a funeral, and they made our stay very stress free and inviting. Great Hilton property.

The air conditioner has not been properly maintained. There is likely mold in the system that triggered my allergies. Now I’m suffering from an upper respiratory infection as a result of the neglected AC system. The room’s carpet had many stains. The carpet in the hallway way filthy. “Day” who was working at the front desk, was awesome and kind!
