AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Sawgrass Mills / Sunrise

Everything 10/10 just wished the hotel had a pool.

Well appointed rooms, friendly staff. Great location which is very close to a variety of shops and restaurants.

Our stay was amazing with no complaints. Staff were awesome.

Excellent staff

Very close to Sawgrass Mills Outlet and only 5 minute walk distance from walmart. Breakfast is $22 but it's very complete and outstanding from other hotels in the us (they had brie cheese, jamon and you could ask them to make waffles and scrambled eggs). Room is spacious and staff is friendly specially the colombian guy at front desk and the lady in the breakfast buffet. I ordered a package online to deliver in the hotel, however they charge $10 per package to receive them for you. Bed is not very comfortable, the shower drain got clogged and when I called the front desk one of the guys told me to open the lid and fix it by myself. After that he decided to send someone and he came to fix it.

Room was clean, perfect for shopping

The only downside with this hotel was that there is no microwave in the room that we stayed at however, there is a Hydration area I guess in every floor where everybody can use one microwave and unlimited ice from the ice dispensing machine. Havent eaten at their restaurant nor tried their bfast. Overall, the convenience when shopping makes it all worthwhile.

Amazing customer service, support & accommodations.

The staffs were very helpful and pleasant especially the receptionist. They were all a delight to speak to and all were informative. The environment was clean and well kept. The only issue was that the body wash was finish and not refilled so shampoo had to be my subsitute. I didn't call anyone as it was my last night. Also the bathroom gets wet when I shower. All in all I didnot like the bathroom. It was old.
