Beautiful location the heart of uptown. There is literally no parking here. You can only valet or pay $20 in the parking garage every time you come and go. I would’ve never stayed here if I knew that prior to arriving. Hotel pool was WAY different than how it is pictured online. It is so small and there are no hot tubs or further amenities that really made me say “wow”. It was a beautiful hotel, but I got really nothing out of any of the amenities here- it was a wild cost for a pretty mid hotel.

All the staff was extremely helpful and the location was great. It was my wifes birthday and the front desk sent up an unexpected gift for her. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you all again.

No complaints. Everything was great.. the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. hotel location walkable distance to many uptown restaurants and etc.. the hotel was EVERYTHING I needed it to be.. great view of the city . We will definitely book again .

The JW Marriott was wonderful. The room was nice and had a contemporary feel. The restaurants and bars, in the hotel, had excellent food and drinks. The bar tenders are great mixologist and chefs are talented as well. The hotel is located in the center of downtown Charlotte, with in walking distance to NASCAR hall of fame and many museums. The Charlotte international airport is only 20 minutes away.
