On a positive note, front desk staff were friendly, and the rooms were very clean.

There were several other issues during my stay as well. The pool closed much earlier than expected, and the door leading to the pool area was shattered, which raised serious safety concerns. The parking lot had little to no lighting, and there were numerous homeless individuals around the property, making me feel uncomfortable. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. The bathtub had pubic hair in it when I checked in, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. There was also no bathtub plug, so I wasn't even able to take a bath. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, or the amenities that were advertised. I am very disappointed with the experience and do not feel that I received the value I paid for.

It was mold in 120 in the bathroom

The staff were so kind. There was an issue with my room and they took care of it. I only was there overnight as I had a n early flight. They scheduled me the shuttle which was on time!

Room was very nasty and dirty. No manager no Air Conditioning. Room was hot and had a smell. Area had a lot of homeless people near.

We arrived and had to wait for the person on duty to finish her vaping to come help us when we got to the two rooms one key didn’t work so I had to go back to the front desk where I stood for 10 mins before finally walking back outside to interrupt the same front desk persons vaping for her to come let me know that the room key wasn’t messed up the lock didn’t work which means that this isn’t the first time that has happened meaning this hotel is in disrepair so she gave us another room which was an ok room when we were coming down to leave someone had been smoking in the hallway and the elevator so that did not start our day off well so that just means you have someone watching the front desk and doing nothing else and I’m not sure that the girl from the night before wasn’t hanging out with her friends since a bunch of young people were out front with her vaping sorry it’s not a great review but don’t ask for an opinion if you don’t want it

Second, we were assigned a room and upon going to the room guests from the room across from us had keys to our room and were moving stuff from our room to their room. This was at 10pm. For our safety we had to ask for a different room. This is very unsafe and unsanitary for the amount of money we just spent. I WANT A REFUND

It wasn’t worth what I paid and it was terrible

We had construction workers wake us up before 8am mixing drywall and paint, and our first floor view was of pails of paint and other supplies. Middle of July 2026; don't get a suite on the first floor in the summer of 2026.

The staff was great. The facility the room had an odor didn’t look like it had been cleaned very well and needing very serious upgrade.

The restaurant was closed for renovation, there was no filling station for water despite the amenity being featured on the description, the "store" coolers were mostly empty, and there were leaks / caution signs in the halls. I asked to use scissors and the staff had none. The parking lot connected to an alley with vagrants. It was a good value but not a "nice" place to stay.

Ok for a a night not more than that. Poorly attended minimum staff. Run down facilities

Room was not too clean … bed was like sleeping in a taco shell..I sunk right in… really no food around… it says fence in parking lot but it’s not. Parking lot is shared with a lot of other places including the go-go bar. A lot of homeless and at 3am when I left. There were a lot of hookers running around…. And no place to get coffee

Rooms were reasonable- the area is a little sketchy, staff was nice, but couldn’t reset the internet. Made for a rough stay- the area needs a rehab with the property too!

Our first room was not clean, the staff gave us a new room immediately. Our second room’s key would not work. We had to have security come with the master key twice to let us in. Super inconvenient after getting in super late after a concert. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful!
