The southpark location was perfect. Its close to the mall and restaurants.you see people walking their dogs and jogging. I felt safe walking around. You can park in the garage or on site, on site worked for me. The staff was very helpful, I requested a high floor and they honored that. My room was clean, the bed, the bathroom and the floor. There are no microwaves in the rooms but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Old hotel, noisy, and with horrible room service. The food looks and tastes like junk food. We couldn’t sleep until 2 a.m. because there was a party going on in the hotel. People were also talking loudly in the hallway on our floor. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I’ll never come back.

A nice hotel with very comfortable beds and pretty decor. It's close to restaurants, shopping, and cafes as well. It was pretty quiet too. I would return if I needed to be in that part of Charlotte again.

It was in a great location and clean! Excellent customer service I did not like how Booking charged me for both rooms, but only sent one payment to hotel. Then hotel charged me for the other room. Essentially I was charged twice for 1 room. I am STILL due a refund that has yet to be processed. The blame is all on Booking’s side and seems like there is no rush to refund my money. Highly disappointed as I have used this service numerous times before.

The room was comfortable. Toilet was not cleaned prior to arrival. Room does not a have refrigerator or Microfridge. We never received a call as promised to let us know the room was ready, so we returned shortly after 4 to pick up keys. Otherwise the staff was friendly, the property looked well manicured, and the bed was comfortable.

Exceptional stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel was beautifully maintained, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for getting around. I will definitely be staying here again!

I had a friend in Charlotte very ill, and decided to stay at the Renaissance at the last minute. Everyone was very helpful, and would love to come back to stay for fun. Paid Parking, and having to go back to the parking deck by myself very late at night, and being exhausted from the day I had.
