Dirty Unsafe Unprofessional Dirty Unsafe Unprofessional Sketchy people hanging out at the property

The amenities to the room were a nice touch to my stay…the washer and dryer were my favorite addition to the room though if I had to choose. Then I noticed the couch had something sticky on it (maybe syrup) and a couple of hair balls from the previous guest, the dishes were dirty still, and I found a rolled up used wash cloth in the shower (still wet). We did not receive room service not once but I was told I get at least one check in from room service during the duration of my stay. The wifi was not strong at all, I was better off just using my hotspot from my phone or just use my cell service period for internet usage. One last thing the smell wasn’t pleasant, I understand it is a place where people may stay for a extended time, but there was this smell on the third floor that did not sit right with me or my partner. Overall, if I was on a budget and needed somewhere quick to lay down, I would look other places before choosing this specific location again.

Location was quiet and the 3 br was perfect for us but 20 minutes south of downtown Charlotte so a lot of driving. Our room was lacking amenities. No pots/pans, silverware, hair dryer (which was requested and received) and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in both bathrooms were empty (never filled during our stay). Floors were not clean and cloth dining chairs were stained. Beds were comfortable though. Won't stay here again.

The receptionist Tira and Lena, they were great Our room 107 was filthy from the floors to the bathroom to the chairs to dirty dishes in the dishwasher books under and on the chairs our mattress covers was filthy. The bathroom sink was clogged. The Wi-Fi never worked the receptionist Lena had to come and help me clean our room there were no other rooms for us to get because the hotel was booked and we were short of time to look for another hotel. We traveled over four hours. We was exhausted. I had to come and clean our hotel room. We never got clean bedsheets so I had to go purchase bedsheets and cleaning supplies.

Came all the way to Charlotte just to turn around as the room I booked was no longer available

The stay was horrible. They had bugs in the rooms and the rooms was not clean.

The beds are not queen size at all. The sofa was nasty so we refused to use the sofa bed. The front desk lady was extremely nice but she was working alone and we needed towels. She asked us to come back in an hours. I wouldnt stay there again

Very clean, extremely quiet Vacation is always too short . Needs a pool

The location was Great. 15-29 Min away from attractions & Down Town. The staff was very helpful. There is no pool as you see on pictures booking. The furniture was VERY DIRTY.. The Chairs are dirty & stained black spots. We had to use a fleece to put over the couch & dining chairs. The bed was very comfortable. There are no wash cloths so be sure to bring your own. It’s very Quiet & peaceful. There’s no movies channels but 2 on the TV everything is Sports. I think if they had someone come steam clan & shampoo the furniture it would be a nice comfortable stay.

I Loved The Staff. They Were Accommodating And Very Friendly And Helpful. 10/10 Experience.

The room had a roach infestation and the front desk staff was very rude when I informed them of it.

Close drive to anything you wanna do in town outside Charlotte but not too far off the city either

The first room they put me in had mold under the kitchen sink in the whole room smelled like mold the second room the couch looks like it came from the street and it was very nasty. The shower was nasty. The mirror in the bathroom was nasty and the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and the toilet paper was sitting on top of the toilet. I have pictures of everything.

There was trash left behind in the room, and the sheets appeared dirty and did not look freshly changed. The overall condition of the bedding was unacceptable and made it very uncomfortable to sleep in the bed. The bathroom was just as disappointing. The shower floor was sticky and appeared dirty, which made me question whether the bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned at all. The entire room gave the impression that it had been rushed through rather than properly cleaned and prepared for a new guest. For the price paid for the room, I expected a basic level of cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort. Guests should not have to walk into a room with trash, dirty bedding, and a sticky shower floor. This experience was extremely unpleasant and needs to be addressed by management. I strongly recommend that management take a closer look at the housekeeping standards and ensure that rooms are properly inspected before guests are allowed to check in. Clean sheets, a clean bathroom, a clean floor, and the removal of trash should be the bare minimum. Overall, I was very disappointed with the condition of the room and would expect much better cleanliness and attention to detail in the future.

Balcony option is cool

We loved the 2- room suite set up. I was bringing my grandson to go to college. We stayed there for 2 nights. We slept well!

I love this property bc it comes with a washer and dryer in the room with a full kitchen it was very very very nice at a great price

Yes the room was very nice and clean but there were no pots and pans which to cook with, only 1fork, nothing to drink coffee in and only 1 decaffe coffee, no sugar or cream. The tv screen had a thick layer of dust and the stove was covered in grease. The bathroom had one towel and the hair conditioner and body was dispensers were empty
