Good and friendly

Terrible. Dirty and run down.

The room was dirty(examples: stained towels and blankets, hair in the bath tub and under the bed sheets.) wifi didn’t reach or work in my room. Window was gross and looked like it hadn’t been wiped clean in a while. Breakfast seemed to be nonexistent. Fruit and some granola bars. If i hadnt been told because i booked online and was unable to change my reservation i would have checked out after the first of my 3 nights

Called like we were supposed to do per the sign. Finally got management attention. Check in went good. Got to the room and it wasn't clean at all. Window was wide open with no screen on it. They claimed they were airing it out. Room smelled just nasty. They claimed to have offered another room they didn't. I ended up cleaning the room myself the next morning. Then wasn't given proper time with the cleaning supplies. The lake view was great and convenient shopping close. Good for the money paid, but I guess cheaper isn't always a good thing.

Toilet didn't flush completely. Generally very poor house keeping.

Room was dirty, stained sheets, crumbs and wrappers on the bed. The toilet was broke and wouldn't even flush. I was staying with my kids (15 and 7) and I did not feel comfortable with them staying there. They minute you walk into the door it stunk horribly, even my 7 year old couldn't stand it. Asked for a refund as I didn't feel comfortable studying with my kids and the manager was rude.

Management made sure I got my necklas that was left behind by accident. He wouldn't take a $20.00 bill as a thank you. Very honest person! The bottom sheet and mattress pad seemed to small for the the deep mattress, they kept sliding off.

Room was not clean. Sheets and towels were stained. No housekeeping staff. After a very long lecture about the rooms all being non-smoking, the room smelled entirely of smoke. Cigarette butts and ashes were all over the window sill.

This place was filthy. Carpets in hall and stairs all stained. Floor in our room dirty. Table in our room had dried food left on it. Only one wash cloth (which that was dirty with like coffee stains on it). The back door was open and what appeared to be a homeless individual inside when we had left for an event. Did not feel comfortable there nor safe.

The pictures of the property are totally false. The whole weekend there was 3 cars in the parking lot. The hostess told us it was under construction, they need to close down and remodel. Old outdated rooms, bathroom fan was held on by tie wire, didn't see no breakfast, towels had holes in them, and carpet wasn't great. The only plus was bed was decent and the shower was hot.

Unkeep rooms

Tried to cancel once we arrived. Outside was rundown, gatbage everywhere. Not at all like the pictures showed. Was told there were connecting rooms there, that was a lie. Couldn't cancel on site or online. We left to find a better hotel for the same price.

The hotel is very run down. Cigarette burns in the bed spread, grass clippings all over the floor (in a snowstorm). Walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone and everything. Not a top choice

Super long wait to check in then gave us the wrong room then it was super gross, sheets weren't clean, towels had stained, floor wasnt clean, bathroom was disgusting ?. I wouldnt stay here ever again, not worth the cheap price unless you dont care.

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever checked into. Filthy rooms filthy hotel. Under construction. It has no breakfast even though it says there’s breakfast. It was so bad. I did not stay. I checked into a different hotel.
