Baymont by Wyndham Chattanooga/Eastridge

If you are looking for a clean, quiet room with a very comfortable bed and great shower for a night or two, this is your place. The staff is helpful and friendly and the parking is plentiful. Also, easy access to I 75. Downside: the area is not very walkable for restaurants or shopping. The hallways, amenities, breakfast, and elevator could use a little love, but this is a fine motel at this price point. I would stay again when I'm traveling through.

Room was large and nicely decorated. Our shower head leaked bad which was such a bummer as it was a spa style one.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Very good quality at a fair price. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Very clean!

I thought BAYMONT hotels were supposed to be good. This one was way below par. The room smelled so bad that we had to change to a different one. In the second room the AC didn’t work properly. There were ants in the room. The property itself was run down and not very clean. The breakfast was not very good. We love eggs but these were so bad that we couldn’t eat the mushy mess. I will not stay at a BAYMONT again. Very disappointed.

The hotel has been remodeled. It still needs some improvements. The walls were dirty and the night stands were too. The ac cover was broken. The elevator has no ac.

The hotel overall was ok. The bed was dirty and mattress cover had stains under the fitted sheets that we noticed after sleeping in the bed when the fitted sheet had lifted up. The stains appeared to be from throw up and it makes me question whether or not the sheets were cleaned prior to our arrival.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Easy parking.

Booked a accessible roll in shower room n it was not accessible for someone in a wheelchair. Yes the bathroom was perfect even had a shower chai but the bed was at my waist way too high to be a accessible room. My mother could not get in to bed herself from her chair which was very uncomfortable for her. And the breakfast was disgusting. Sausage was dry eggs watery the waffle.mix.way too thick and coffee tasted like coffee flavored watered. Super disappointed

Clean and quiet Pillows

Check-in felt more like an interrogation. I originally listed 3 guests, but our son didn't come. We were questioned about where he was and asked about his ID. My husband was also asked for ID even though the reservation was in my name. He questioned why it was needed and declined. My ID was kept for an unusually long time while the employee entered information into the computer. Maybe this is their procedure, but the entire experience felt excessive and intrusive. My biggest concern is billing. Our stay was $220.43, but my card was charged $370.43 as ONE completed transaction, including a $150 "refundable" deposit. It was not a separate pending authorization like we normally see at hotels. A week later, I still have not received the $150 back. Guests should watch their statements carefully because the single charge could easily be mistaken for the total cost of the stay. Our room door also DID NOT reliably latch unless we pulled or slammed it shut—a serious security concern we discovered by accident. The room wasn't clean, was very noisy, washcloths literally fell apart during use, and only shampoo was provided—no conditioner or body wash. The lighting was so confusing we had to call the front desk to learn how to operate it. We would not stay here again.

Very poor breakfast. The water pressure it was very not normal to take a shower or even wash the face. Elevator have a horrible smell....we have to use the stairs.

The staff was accommodating to requests. The breakfast was nice, not just continental.

Room was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Nice location, close to a lot of restaurants.
