Booked the place by mistake because it has the same name as another hotel in the same city but in the tiny print it has a different address. No one at the front desk to check out. Pool looked dirty four stories above it. I needed a drink. Nothing nearby. You put me in a handicapped room so I had to walk with a limp while I was there.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Swimming pool was well maintained. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Of the 3 hotels that we stayed in on our week long road-trip, this was the nicest one. It was clean and the staff was friendly and eager to help. My only suggestion is that they maybe consider having more than 1 person on duty at night in case of an emergency w/the person working the front desk, which we experienced on our 1st night. Other than that, the rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and the amenities were great! The refrigerator in the room was cold enough to keep our drinks and some refrigerated food cold, and the ice machines on every floor were fully functional, which is very important to me and is not always the case in a lot of hotel rooms. The beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. I would recommend staying here to family and friends.

Staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Just passing through for a night. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Parking was well lit and accessible through multiple doors. Didn’t have time for breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Checked in but showed as no show. While I checked in the clerk fainted and fell to floor. Had to call 911 and I had never gotten a key or room assisgment. So paid but had to find a new hotel and pay again. The 911 guys had my husband move his car forward resulting in the hold left hand of his car to get scrapped. They tried to call the management to have someone to cover for the person that passed out and went to hospital but no one would answer . Other hotels have two people on duty just For this reason. I would appreciate speaking to someone about this. I did check back the next morning and was confirmed I was shown as paid for the room and I was a no show. This was happing after midnight after a drive down from Wisconsin. I wick response is required as I see this whole situation including the damage to my car your responsibility as you did not have two people on the shift as other responsible hotels have and will contact others if I can’t a correction response from you all. Ignored the safety of all the people staying there as no one was in charge all night when the clerk went to the hospital. Respond please
