Friendly staff Clubs in the sourroundings with very loud music till 5am in the weekend, till 2/3 am during the rest of the week. It was like having a dj in the hotel room

In the centre of the nightlife of chaweng Staff super nice Internet very fast A/C Working fine The music from the outside is very loud, literally shaking the bed on certain nights and it goes on until 4am at the earliest. If figured putting some relaxing music in the room helps

Location I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. The room was not like the picture, outdated, and smelled of mold, with housekeeping completely ignoring our requests—even though we followed instructions and left the “Make Up the Room” sign until 16:00. But the real issue was the front desk receptionist, Sam. When we simply asked about the cancellation policy, he immediately raised his voice, became aggressive, and even stood up from behind the counter to confront us. He made rude hand gestures and openly insulted our nationality, making derogatory remarks in front of other guests. We weren’t just disrespected—we felt deeply uncomfortable and even unsafe. Other guests noticed and shared our discomfort. No one should ever be treated like this in a place they’ve paid to stay. If you value feeling welcome and respected, I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Great location, very friendly staff and nice big clean room with a very comfy bed. Although there is no pool or bar you can use any of the complexes on the beach which are 2mins walk away. I used the elephant, all you had to spend was 400 baht per day to use a Sunbed and their pool and the food and drink was top class. Will definitely be staying again in future. Maybe a little loud at night for some people as its close to the busy nightlife but for me it didn't matter. If it did bother you you could close the window (the air con is good) and not hear it too much but I like to have the window open so just used ear plugs.
