Wonderful place to stay, but a little bit out of the way of things. The bike rental place right next to it was awesome and made it much better. We got a fantastic deal through booking.com so it made it even more worth it.

Good pool and room is spacious and comfortable

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience we had with your hotel’s reservation and cancellation process.Prior to our planned stay, we called to inquire about the possibility of cancelling our booking. We were assured over the phone that cancellation would not be an issue, which gave us confidence in your service. However, on April 21st, when we tried to check in, we called again to ask if it would be possible to stay for just one night. We were informed that the hotel was fully booked and there was no availability, despite our previous discussion. As a result, we had to book another hotel for that night, incurring additional costs and inconvenience. To make matters worse, we have now been told that a refund will not be provided, despite the initial promise made during our phone conversations.

The location is just gorgeous and what really sells this property for me. That said, your own mode of transport is almost a must. Motorbikes are perfect if you're comfortable riding one. The villas are pretty basic and very old and tired, and in desperate need of some TLC. Then it was just simple things, like having tea and coffee but no spoon in the room. Despite this, I still love the place and go back time and time again.

You should ban motorcycles from riding at night. I only stayed for one night and kept waking up because of the sound of motorcycles ? Too much chlorine in swimming pool ?

Great staff, loved the room, the location was beautiful, very accessible and comfortable, great value for money Allot of things in the room were not working. Some of the jacuzzi mechanisms, the light in the outside shower, the lighting outside by the pool, which also had a hat in it. Wasn’t staying long so didn’t ask for the things to be repaired, the staff was great and I’m sure they would have helped. But still I loved the room and managed around these things

Everything in the villa and pool and the price There wasn't much surrounding the villa like a shop ,bar or restaurant

Nice view, nice property, good location Checkout at 6am: Nobody was there to assist with the luggage. Although I discussed anything with the stuff. So I had to bring our luggage down the hill on my own and put the key on the table in the lobby.

While we truly appreciate the idea of staying in a rainforest or jungle environment, the condition of this property is far below any acceptable standard and does not match the description on your website. The room is located directly next to a busy road, and the traffic noise is constant and disturbing, making it impossible to relax or sleep. We contacted the property to request a room change, but they informed us they are fully booked and have no other rooms available. The room itself is extremely worn down. Most concerning is that the doors cannot even close properly — there is a visible gap — which in this rural rainforest area results in a serious mosquito problem at night. This is not just uncomfortable, but also a health concern. Furthermore, the property listing on Booking.com is misleading. It states that the restaurant is open until 8 PM, but the property informed us it actually closes at 5 PM. There are no other dining options available on-site, other than ordering takeaway — which is far from what we expected based on the description provided. The listing also states that the room has satellite TV, but there isn’t even a TV in the room. The beach condition is very poor, with a lot of debris and plastic laying in the sand. This is not a place where you want to spend your day at the beach. On a positive note — the air conditioning works perfectly… but unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the rest of the issues.

The room stank of urine, the pool was never cleaned and even though we booked 3 rooms and paid more for the room with 2 adults and a child they wanted another 500baht for my Child to have sheets on the bed (sofa) The beach was filthy and covered in oil which has ruined clothes and shoes…. This is out of the hotels control but a warming would have being nice! Other hotels in the area cleaned the beach but Bhundari were not interested. The breakfast was very poor and there were only 3 items to choose from on the menu! The room was lovely but not kept well at all! The showers also stank of urine! They contacted me to ask for 500 baht to wash the sheets in my father’s room. He has a skin condition and there was some slight spotting on the sheet! They said the money was to deep clean the sheets. I would hope any hotel would be deep cleaning bedding as standard. The views are beautiful from the pool area and the pool area was lovely but I would never stay here again! The staff were rude and u helpful and the hygiene was not of a high standard in the rooms.

I enjoyed my stay. Very peaceful and quiet.
