Rating: 1/10 We stayed at Kirikayan Boutique for 4 nights with our children and it was a nightmare. The room was infested with insects (almost certainly bed bugs). My children and I woke up covered in painful, extremely itchy bites on our hands, palms, fingers, legs, and body. The itching has been unbearable and the doctor said it could take several weeks to heal. This completely ruined our family vacation. I reported the problem to reception two days before checkout, but the hotel showed zero accountability. They refused any proper compensation and only offered a pathetic 400 Baht airport transfer as a "goodwill gesture". For a hotel charging 4-star prices, the extremely poor hygiene, lack of pest control, and dismissive attitude toward guests is completely unacceptable and shocking. They left a family to suffer without any real support. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel until they dramatically improve their cleaning standards and take guest safety seriously. Never again.

Great location, comfortable bed, and the pool itself was nice. The constant noise and construction directly on the other side of our room for the entire stay was terrible. We couldn't even take a nap. The upkeep of the property is not great, and the service level was lacking. Dirty tables, very full trash cans in the pool area, staff sleeping on the job, used towels not cleaned up after guests, etc. I expected better for the price we paid, and for a place that claims to be a 4-Star resort.

Breakfast for decent, the staff did try to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. The staff get 10 Cleanliness and comfort. They over tried to do the design at the expense of comfort

Good location on the south end of Chaweng. A little quieter than the main drag, but still good restaurant, bar, and coffee shop options nearby. The beach and pool area are nice and great for swimming. The staff were very kind and hospitable. The grounds were pretty and had a nice vibe. The room was very clean and as expected from the pictures. I would recommend this place. Food and beverages prices seemed a little expensive. The breakfast buffet was just okay, lacking flavor.

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast Buffet was really good. Location to the beach and pool beautiful. Extra Drinks and Food were on par with the local prices for tourists in the area. Mosquito repellents in rooms to keep mosquitoes out.

Nice hotel with nice style. We had 3 rooms on on ground floor and 2 on first floor - those was very nice with bed upstairs and nice balcony.( worth to upgrade for bigger room ) And very helpful staff always with smile :) Just anoing bird at night ? - apart that all was fine.

Amazing breakfast and beautiful rooms. Lovely pool right by the beach. Good value for money Smaller place so had to track down bar servíce. A little far away from the centre but plenty of good restaurants nearby

staff was very friendly and helpful. some very helpful amenities like parasols and beach basket were useful for day trips it is beach front, but they have nothing on the beach - almost all of the surrounding properties did. breakfast seleciton was not great, choppy wifi, old AC unit, stopped working several times during the 5 day stay. the room looks tired and not well maintained, my room was covered in cobbwebbs, duplex is not comfortable or functionalm tv is to one side, half of the room is taken by the giant tub that doesn't look very inviting. rooms are dark and not soundproof - you will hear a lot of noise from the road and animals outside. the design overall looks dated you can only have one room key so if there is 2 people sharing the room this gets very inconvenient - the key is a big metal plate
