Great location and close to the beach. Staff was friendly. The rooms were okay and seemed like they weren’t updated. Shower water never got hot and we tried using the tub which had yellow water.

The grounds are clean and a nice beach. The staff was very attentive and tried helping in every scenario. The one issue I had is that they have this room called sea view rooms and if you're getting it on the second floor its just sea view. Unless you remove their bungalows that's blocking the view. It worked out by me and I got the third floor a day later but its not guaranteed.

We took a cooking class in there, and we super recommend anyone who comes to do the same. We took the private pool room, great value

We like the free shuttle to town. The staff were all very nice and professional. Very accommodating. wish the breakfast had better options of food. However, service was wonderful.

The staff was amazing, immaculately clean, beach access and... just great! Smokers on neighboring balcony, close to main dining and next to you on the beach!

Beachfront property with nice size swimming pool and small functional gym. Nice varietal breakfast. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach for use by clientele. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

Beach front pool villa was amazing. Varied breakfast menu was very nice for my long stay, appreciated not having the same thing every couple of days. Very kind, helpful, and friendly staff. Only minor thing, and don't confuse it with me calling it bad - but as good as the breakfast was the dinner came up a little short of expectations. Again, was not bad but I expected a lot after the delicious breakfast experience.

This property was very falsely advertised. Please do not stay here as the pictures are so deceiving. We booked for 6 nights and were shocked the moment we arrived. The “reception” desk looks like a cheap motel where people rent rooms by the hour. It is outdated, dirty and the staff looks unhappy. There rooms looks like a motel by the side of the road from the 70s - terribly outdated, with chipped paint and bathroom tiles and no decor. There was barely anyone at the hotel - it was empty. The AC is very old and loud and the fridge door doesn’t close properly. We stayed for about 2 hours- long enough to find another resort in the area and get the hell out. The beach is filthy with a lot of trash in the sand and sand that hasn’t been raked ever ? No beach bar no life in this place. It gives off cheap motel vibes and rooms being rented by the hour. It was $1200 for 6 nights so not cheap either !!! Please don’t stay here.

One of the best locations and very close to everything in walking distance. We didn’t even use Grab or tuk tuk - just easy walk to the restaurants, mall, night markets. Hotel itself little bit old, but very well maintained and good kept. We stayed just step away from the beach. Area is peaceful and quiet, good to relax. Breakfast with decent amount of food options. Would definitely come back again All was great

One of the staff came to our private room to close umbrella without permission or ask thats not good for our privacy, someone in his room can be naked for sure.

I love this property,second time visiting.Staff very friendly and accommodating. Staff helpful and friendly. I am very grateful to the staff.They celebrated my daughter ‘s birthday with a cake.They sung happy birthday to her. There was nothing I didn’t like.
