The wine was terrible and they charged the water in the room. The swimming pool looked more like a playground for kids rather than a relaxing space... i didn't use it.

Very nice room, modern, clean, well staffed. Lots of Restaurants and groceries nearby. Very nice neighborhood. Upon arrival, we (3) were given a room with one bed only. The staff brought in a rollaway bed for my daughter as there were no other rooms available. The staff moved us to a room with two beds the following day. Great timely response.

Lily the manager is absolutely very kind. Very pleasant. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and pleasant to stay. Cleaning is top level I had a great day here.

The bathroom is excellent with separate toilet , bath tub and shower room. The bed is comfortable. The pillows are too thin. I was charged a deposit upon check-in, with the understanding that it would be refunded since I did not consume any services. However, I found the entire process quite unfriendly and unclear. It would have been more straightforward to retain the deposit without the need for a refund transaction.

Convenient position, very nice rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, strong heating, well equipped bathrooms, fabulous breakfast, we liked it very much. And payment with visa/master card works smoothly.

The Hilton Changhua was excellent. The make-up service was quick and efficient. I put on the light when I went down to breakfast and when I came up an hour later the room had been completely refreshed. The food from the Chinese restaurant was excellent. No suggestions. Things were great.

Room was clean, everything works fine, smooth check-in. Not all staff at concierge are as accommodating to foreigners, definitely not trying to provide the best service. Water pressure could be better.

TBH I don’t know, maybe the breakfast it was not a good experience unfortunately. I forgot to bring my own toothbrush so I used the one prepared by hotel, the quality is really poor, the bristles kept falling out while I was brushing my teeth….can you imagine that I had to pick the tiny toothbrush bristles out of my mouth one by one…what made me speechless was the concierge didn’t book taxi for clients, just they don’t have this service, and the staffs sometimes were rude, I would not come back anymore in the future.
