1, They offer a wide and diverse variety of breakfast options! 2, The whole staff as a team was excellent. None of them gave me bad or unprofessional impressions. Great experience. 3, I got what I paid. 4, special decorations for my kid Things could be improved: 1, The smart toilet was too loud. Not necessary a smart toilet. I would have had a brush to clean it up myself without having to wait for A Yi ( service) 2, Toiletries—such as towels—as well as a small step stool for the bathroom, should be prepared before check-in, based on the number and ages of the guests. Our kid is four years old and requires a small stool(was quickly given after my feedback) to stand on so they can wash their hands independently. Furthermore, since we were staying for a total of four nights, each of us needed a hook to hang our respective towels separately.

We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi ? All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!) Nothing! The only issue is that the address provided on Booking.com doesn’t seem correct - it shows in the map as a block or two away from its actual location

The location was excellent. The various amenities also felt modern. I found the laundry convenient, as did a number of other guests who I met while waiting for a load to complete. The atmosphere was friendly and helpful when I encountered any difficulties understanding the instructions. The smoking room could have been better positioned to be further from the elevator so that waiting for the elevator after breakfast wouldn't require standing in a cloud of smoke. It could also be made more obvious where the stairs are since the elevator can take a while, and it is actually very convenient to take the stairs down to the lobby after breakfast.

Excellent location, good for family with kids. Area is very nice, tropical greenery and pleasant location. Hotel rooms nice, comfy beds. Japanese style toilets with remote control were an experience ? Would go back again, even now knowing Chengdu, wouldn’t change hotel. Lack of English language skills; this is a Hilton hotel and I expect basic tasks for check-in/out to be able to be done without a translator. Humidity in the corridors, lobby and rooms fine. The openness of smoking by other patrons in communal areas. That stupid robot blocking the entrance to the lifts and generally being problematic when sharing the lifts with patrons.
