Location Marriott brand They couldn’t control people smoking indoor. On the third floor there was a wedding reception and guests were smoking! Elevators were full of smoke - our room was supposed to be non smoking yet smelled of smoke- we changed rooms in the middle of the night.

we have unfortunately still not received a tax invoice for the stay of our employees this will be the last time we book a hotel with your hotel chain. Poorly organised, do not adhere to any regulations, poorly trained staff.

The room was large and spacious but I feel bits need renovating or updating. Executive floor was not big enough and so not always somewhere to sit. One of the evenings it was full and they suggested I take food away in containers. Even when there was space to sit they did not replenish the food. Yes I understand they were under pressure but it really was not good enough at all. Also, the lifts-they were shockingly slow- irritating beyond belief.

Clean and friendly hotel, not a bad location. Some nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Too small room, old carpet on the floor, no mattress for the baby crib.

The staff in this hotel are simply the most friendly, considerate and helpful of any property that I stay at in China and went far beyond what i would have expected or hoped for in helping me through the various difficulties that are encoutered when travelling during the pandemic. The selection of western foods is very limited, which is understandable given the current level of western visitors to the hotel, and honestly it wasn't a problem as there are lots of excellent restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel.

Friendly staff, willing to help. Room big and comfy bed. Elevators take too long and are bad programmed. Difficulty of finding someone to speak a bit English. Room service can take long and hard to communicate.
