Modern and very cool. Nice interior. The concierge offered to arrange transportation without mentioning it is a limousine or the costs involved. His email was sent while I was flying and I didn’t know about it. Because I didn’t know, I took my own taxi only to discover that transportation had been arranged . I feel I was wrongly charged for the transportation. I should get a refund for that.

Employees are great. Room is very nice. Location is nice But everything is not in high floors (rooms, breakfast, gym) so the views are nice but could be better. Hotel could be more modern

We have stayed at this property many times due to its great location ie easy access from the metro and the great location on Jaiozi avenue. Beds are rather hard and AC turned low in winter months leading to uncomfortable nights sleep.

The hotel didn't give us the Marriot Bonvoy ( we are members) point since we didn't book with them directly!! but the other Marriot hotels did give us the points. The food choice was limited..

I really like the property. The hotel is brand new and the room was extremely comfortable. The hotel has definitely a unique touch and good vibe. The location in the new part of the city is great, just by a range of good restaurants and bars. It is also easy to reach the old town and main tourist attractions by metro or taxi. The breakfast was exceptional. I like the spark rooftop bar, there is a good atmosphere and a love band and DJ playing when we were there. However, there were only few customers both on Friday night and on Saturday night. The hotel website indicates that the main restaurant Zing offers Sichuan and Southeast Asian cuisine. However when we were there (June 2024) the restaurant only offered western cuisine.

Our stay at W Chengdu was beyond our expectations. On our arrival, the receptionists were all very welcoming. The lobby is so stylish and modern, the room is so well-designed. Fancy: our room was very efficient and took great care of us. We loved the breakfast at the well-decorated Zing, we had lots of choice. The team at Zing is so warm and kind especially Jasmine, Hedy, Cassie, Mona, Ziki. We will not hesitate to come back again to W Chengdu for our next trip. Nothing

A great location in the center of night life with many restaurants and shops and fantastic lighting at night. Metro station close by. The hotel is beautiful and rooms superbly fitted out. Breakfast great quality and choice. A stay here was quite a treat
