The hotel is simply beautiful. The reception hall on the top floor is magnificent. The room was big and beautifully decorated. All the rooms are on high floors, and the hotel is by the river, so you get a nice view everywhere. The breakfast was great, especially the noodles! Would recommend 100%! The coffee at breakfast was not the best - but not a big issue!

The location is next to the river, so the view is great. The room is big and I found the price is quite good for the whole service. The breakfast is just amazing. The staff is, as it is usual in China, very kind. The room was not really clean and the wellness offers could be better for such hotel.

The hotel is truly a premium hotel, situated in a nice location (walking distance to Ciunxi street), easily accessible by car. The staff is simply wonderful, all in all a luxurious hotel that I highly recommend

If there was a 7 diamond they would deserve it. The smart toilet, the fancy robes, the massage chair, the coffee, machine, the bathtub, smart room, Dyson hair dryer!

Nicely decorated hotel, especially the stone floors are beautiful. Excellent breakfast. Maybe that you have change lifts, but that’s a minor detail.

Very beautiful, fresch and high standard hotel! Breakfast noodle soup was amazing! A special thank you to Claude Wu who helped us so much with everything we could think of! You made our stay so happy! Everything was excellent!

Luxurious hotel - marble/jade floor and counter. Butler was always timely for whatever request we have - extra water, ice etcs. Everything was super clean too. Well the front desk is on the 41st floor... so whenever you go in and out, you have to go up to 41st floor and then change to a different elevator to go down. The cell reception in our room was not great. Although the wifi is fast and convenient, we are traveling from US and still needs to do work stuff with gmail and youtube - which means we need to use our global roaming cellphones to access these. It worked out eventually, just not with a good speed.

I liked the automatic toilet I found that the friendliness of the staff varied greatly. While some, especially at the lobby, were genuinely welcoming, others seemed indifferent or even unhappy. The unexpected kindness of the housekeeping staff on the eve of our departure, with the note and extra amenities, was a heartwarming touch. I believe a similar level of hospitality should be consistently demonstrated from the very beginning of a guest's stay.

We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, location wise was not too bad either as it is near 2 train stations. Access to Didi car service/taxis was easy too. no trouble getting around from here. hotel staff, could have better managed the other guests who smoked in the hotel. wasn't very pleasant to have people smoking indoors.

Loved the whole luxurious feel of the hotel. The huge bath tub in the room was the best, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were prompt and very accommodating when responding to our requests. Everything in the hotel felt clean and well maintained. It was a most enjoyable experience! The shower corner in the room was a liitle awkward and the water could easily overflow out of the shower area if you're not careful. It also wasn't the easiest hotel to locate. Many Didi drivers stopped outside the hotel rather than drive into the front porch to pick us up.
