Near shopping area and a lot restaurant

The location is excellent—right in the center of Chengdu, making it very convenient to get around and explore the city. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and completely non-smoking, which I really appreciated. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout my stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the hotel could share the Amap location link via the booking chat prior to check-in. There are several Atour hotels in the area, and we initially went to the wrong one.

the location is brilliant 1. we got a room with heavy smoking smell, and unable to get rid of for the entire trip 2. they do not respond to your question via booking online platform 3. we back to the hotel second day and rubbish bin in bathroom was seperated and not put back to its corner.

The cleanliness is not in standard, the bathroom floor is leak to the toilet room side. The toilet room section is too small. Floor at the entrance is very dirty and the housekeeper does not making the bed linen properly.

Friendly staffs, keep serving water when we came bk every time, daily room cleanliness is awesome. Walking distance to taikooli and chunxi road. The nearest mrt station is 2nd People's Hospital (Line 4) or Chunxi Road Stn which slightly further. Nothing. All good.
