A modest but tastefully designed hotel in the heart of the city of Chengdu. It serves its purpose for a couple of nights. A bonus is free laundry. n/a

The room was very clean, so many little details, all necessities present, individually packed disinfected towels, a boiler with hot drinking water in the room, the bed - the mattress and the pillows were SO COMFORTABLE I am speechless, top 3 in my whole entire life. The hotel itself is situated in a historical street (?) I’d say, surrounded by beautiful Chinese traditional-style buildings (kind of like pagodas) I had a room on the ground floor, right beside the mini-pond and I had troubles closing the balcony door shut - I’m not really sure if the lock was working or not. That was a solo trip for me so it was a little unnerving. Orange juice at the breakfast buffet was the Yupi kind - a powdered drink dissolved with water, that’s not very good

Great location and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The coffee machine wasn't working great the days we stayed but it was no problem because the staff were generous to help.

Location is good . Accessible and nearby city center . Staffs are really responsive with good helpful attitude Supposed to be a relatively new hotel , but room looks old , especially the toilet . Bad sewage smell from the toilet as soon as we stepped in . Shower easily clogged and the room is just too small for 2 person. The layout doesn’t make sense for people who travel with bigger luggage during winter. There’s no place to walk after 2 luggage taken up the space . Overall for the price , we couldn’t feel very well rested after walking and touring around the city each day

The rugs in the rooms could've used more thorough vacuuming but actually, they were old and needed replacing. Would appreciate earlier access to breakfast for days that we have an early start.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, location and facilities. My room was one of the ones opened to the pond. The tranquility was great but also a lot of mosquitoes. The nets and repellent helped so it’s no big deal. The room was facing the breakfast area hence no privacy.

The hotel is so beautiful mixing traditional and modern construction, the staff was really helpful at all the moment and the breakfast was so good, specially the ramen. Located close to the center, totally recommend it!!!

I could not pay with any of my car and had to go to the ATM. The breakfast could be better, it was dirty around the dish and personal is not cleaning table fast enough. So you come and all the table are full with dishes. Breakfast area is small. They leave trash tray next to the food.

The hotel is new and well located. Bed is comfortable with 2 types of pillows. The hotel staff is really helpful and nice. I liked everything.

Lovely hotel, professional and friendly staff, very courteous. We had a very nice stay. The rooms were classy and clean and we enjoyed the location. I loved watching the goldfish in the ponds, as well as watching the fog from the little machines. Room was very spacious, shower fantastic. And the breakfast was very very good. Would absolutely stay again! Walls a bit thin (other's pipes, doors closing) but earplugs are sufficient. The little espresso machine at breakfast is doing its best, but coffee lovers might plan on getting a solid cup elsewhere.
