Ms Violet, the receptionist, was nice and kind, provided us with lunch box because we left too early in the morning to have breakfast, she also gave me a gift of a cutie magnet of panda, and called a taxi for us to train station... really appreciate it ! a bit walk from metro station, but not a big deal if you don't have heavy luggages.

On the last day, the service was super good the staff did things that they didn't do for the 5 days that i was there , the reason was just because the meneger was at the hotel ( i talk with her cuz i was at the lobby) this explain the better service on that day,and on the last day, the dumplings with meat was raw I asked to change two times was the same. the answer that I get the meat just too fresh..

The location is very convenient and we could walk to the city and back in an hour after shopping. Breakfast was good especially for an express hotel. They were kind enough to give me cake for my birthday as well so do make sure to inform them of any special occasions ?

The rooms were really large and clean, the hotel feels safe and the breakfast didn't disappoint. The restaurant outside of breakfast hours wasn't the best and the location is a tiny bit awkward but still rather easy to get around.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of almost everything. The metro station is also just a few minutes away. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, and the overall service was excellent. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and I appreciated that breakfast was served as early as 6:30. I would definitely stay again! Although I didn’t necessarily dislike the breakfast, I would have appreciated a few more Western options.

The buffet breakfast had a great variety of food. It wasn’t noisy, and the rooms were decent. Did not like the bathroom layout with the glass wall. As we travelled with a child, it was too bright in the room from the bathroom light. Also, can smell smoke still occasionally across floors with is quite uncomfortable for our sensitive noses.

Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choices. Staff are very friendly and polite. The cleaner found out that we had some wet clothes hanging in the wardrobe while she was cleaning our room, and left a note for me to tell me that there is a free self laundry service at floor 2, very thoughtful. Comparing the holiday Inn express in UK which we always use, the size of the room and beds in China are a bit smaller. But it wouldn't put me off.

Location is good with easy access to local food. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff are attentive Booked Room with double bed. Thought can fit 4 persons. Apparently it’s a twin super single bed. Ended up to book another room. Luckily there were still room available

The location was good. The staff were helpful. Lobby is big and grand. Hotel was clean. Room was what we expected. We had a city view. The only hard thing was the language barrier but google translate was a huge help.
