The staff were very nice and if you like shopping or a massive crowded noisy water park with a view looking onto it, this could be the place for you. The room we ordered for us and our 2 teenagers was suitable for 2 people not 4. The double beds were barely bigger than 2 singles. We asked for a high floor with a city view. We got an 'uograde' to a third floor with a water park view. The hotel was probably lovely about 20 years ago but now seems updated. We asked for a room to accommodate our needs but we were denied so had to take another didi to a more central location which worked out better for us - cheaper and more conveniently located. The staff were very nice though and we're very apologetic giving us 2 free pandas and a picture to compensate. Lesson learned...check that a king size bed is European sized not asian sized before booking.

It provides customers the most value stay. The room is spacious and cozy. Even though there is a water park right next to my room. You can still barely hear any noise coming from that. The most exciting part is the service! The front desk is so friendly and makes you feel like you are at home.

The location is a bit far from the city center and major attractions. Though Subway is right at the premises, it's quite convenient to reach places.

Cindy & Noemi communicated with us clearly in English to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was excellent. The property was spacious, clean, well organized, and well staffed. The carpets in the room could have been cleaner. The wifi was not good.

I liked the fact that you could look at the whole indoor pool part from your balcony, unfortunately the park was being renovated while we were there so it was cold and not so nice to look at. The room was great and so was the staff. The breakfast was really nice and with a lot of options. The location was a bit too far from Chengdu center but we made that choice to stay in the big mall so not really something to blame the hotel for. It's just a taxi trip to the center so no big deal.

The center was very impressive with lots of activities. The noise from the wave pool was a bit constant. But it did end at a good hour for sleep.

It’s a family friendly resort style hotel, check-in & check-out service was very efficient. Breakfast selection was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The carpet had some stains, the property could use some renovaton. All food and drinks are overpriced; The gym is an outdoor gym with no air conditioning & old equipment; The water park downstairs is way too noisy (10am-10pm).
