Extremely spacious, airy and comfortable rooms. Amazing location. Friendly and highly professional staff, phenomenal facilities including gym and an outdoor pool. One of the best breakfast offerings I have seen including made-to-order Chinese classics. Definitely the place to stay at when in Chengdu

Superb room, location and breakfast Driveway needs to do some changes as vehicles dropping guests off need to do a 360 deg turn to get out with many taxis refuse to go in.

It’s all exceed my expectations. With money I spent compare to what I’ve got. Amazing! Bathtub, location, bed, etc. Recommended! I don’t know why they take deposit differently, my friend booked, she paid 2,000CNY meanwhile I paid only 500CNY, confusing right?

We had a G60 suite which was excellent; clean and modern. Large bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and very large bathroom. 2 TVs! All facilities excellent. Very comfortable for our 4 day stay. Reception Staff very helpful. Translating App on staff phones very helpful to communicate! Dining Room was huge and Breakfast was amazing with a large range of hot and cold food. Hotel is located in the centre of Chengdu, accessible to everything. We could not reduce the temperature in the room. It was too hot especially for sleeping even with air conditioning.

Got upgraded to a bigger room than initially expected. The location is fantastic, the city center where malls and restaurants are, is quite near with a 10min walk reachable. There is enough food nearby, tho 90% of them are hotpot. The room was very clean and the bed was very wide and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety with some station where you can get freshly made noodles. I could hear whenever one of the neighbouring rooms turned on the shower. The was only one time a bit annyoing when the neighbour showered in the middle of the night but otherwise this did not disturb me.

The location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is very attentive and breakfast is very good. We stayed here for 6 nights with separate bookings and this hotel became our home in Chengdu between other trips we did in Sichuan. Always nice to go back there to relax in the city.

Housecleaning threw away an expensive piece of medical equipment of mine. The hotel didn't take my concern seriously and didn't offer any compensation for the lost item. The lack of sensitivity to my medical needs was particularly upsetting.
