The staff are very helpful and friendly . Very accommodating I think the only thing would be the pillows in the room. It was very soft and not much support

Front desk (concierge and reception) and folks to greet us were excellent. The concierge folks were very polite, smiling, and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the location is great. We asked for Do Not Disturb, but the housekeeping woman rang our doorbell around 4 pm, and insisted on coming in. We told her no. We spent six or seven minutes trying to get her to go away. We are seniors, and we were tired and were taking our naps.

The location is a little bit far from shopping street, however, the noodle restaurant inside the hotel is perfect for food at night.

Almost everything. The location. There’s a subway construction cross the road. Not much shops and restaurants nearby. Hopefully this will change once the construction finishes.

Exceptional

Location is good next to the subway although there’s no convenience store in the immediate vicinity. Clean and welcoming. Jacuzzi, pool and gym facilities very good although staff could be friendlier. Check in efficient. Breakfast choice and quality good.

When we were there in Mar, it was turned into an expo venue for wine and food fair. The lobby had all sorts of wooden partition, cardrop off is at the side road. It looked like a construction site. A bit disappointing as it does not feel like a Sheraton at all. The cafe and everything else was shutdown. After the event they restored the lobby and it looks much better. Still I think there are better options

Location was great, just a short hop away from an MRT station. Breakfast was good although the first time we were there, there was an exhibition and the space squeeze saw lesser buffet options. Although this is a smoke free hotel, there was still tobacco odour in the corridor. Despite our request for a smoke free room because of respiratory sensitivity, we still got a room that had been occupied by a smoker. The staff were quick to give us a fresh room when we complained but you could tell they used air freshener to hide any underlying tobacco odour. I guess it is tough to enforce a strict no smoking policy.

Location was great, with Metro juz at door step. Staff were polite and service level was good Our toilet bowl choked. After 2 nights of plumping, they changed our room. But I don't know if they fixed the issue for the next guests as the hotel room vacancy was full due to a trade show
