This is not the first time I stay in this hotel, and every time it lives up to my expectations, especially the staff in the breakfast area, whose warm and thoughtful service makes me feel warm.

Even though it is a 15 minute walk to South metro station, I still chose this hotel because of the good review and reasonable rate for a one night layover stay. It is on a busy road. The soundproofing was not good enough to shield the traffic noise.

It's not as close to the Chengdu South Station as I thought. It's at least 15-20 minutes walk from Exit E on the subway. Or rent a bike for about 1.5km ride. The queen bed seems smaller. All the smart lights are a bit confusing - might have to flick it a couple of times for different lights. Sound proofing is no good from the highway.

Incredibly kind service, front desk, cleaners, chefs. Our room was clean and comfy. Metro lines 1,7 and 18 are in a 10-minutes walking distance. The breakfast included continental options as well, but the chinese soup was definitely our favorite. I highly recommend this hotel, I would choose it again without hesitation!

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Arriving very late at night (at shuangliu international airport) the only option I had it was a taxi (46CNY) and was met in the hotel by English speaking staff. I was allocated a non-smoking room on the 15th floor, very spacious, huge bathroom, windows facing the highway/South Railway Station. Room had no wardrobe, no safe box but had a small fridge. Also, you do not really need adaptors as there are many sockets for travellers. Room with breakfast cost was 321.63CNY per nights! -Location: it is a 15-20 minutes walk to South Railways Stations -Exit E (Metro line 1, 7, 19). Outside the metro exit there are few/old tuk tuk; try negotiate the cost because they want 20CNY for a 2 minutes drive to the hotel. However, as the hotel is next to the highway Didi is a good alternative (NOTE: when using DIDI the hotel name is Chengdu Maitian Tianyue Hotel). Hotel to Panda Research site 36, hotel to Terminal 2 of Shuangliu airport 34 CNY On Guanghe Yijie street there are many "family-run" restaurants, big portion from 7 to 20CNY. -Hotel breakfast: good variety of Asian and European food Others: there is a bar in the foyer but it was alway closed. Room Service menu available. Free water bottles I did not asked but they changed the bed linen; and although I left the towel on the hook, it was changed every day. There is an environmental card on the side of the bed of the procedures; it may be a good idea to remind the staff

The staff were friendly and room service were nice. The rooms were big with cleanness and nice facilities. Generally the room is very good and worthwhile the money charged. Would be better if they can put some scent sticks in rooms to provide some better aura.
